For me, Resurrection was saved by the cool Clark stopping the bomb scene

I think that my least favorite episode from season three is "Whisper". Not because it's a bad episode but rather because it was such a disappointment. I just think they could have handled it so much better. I honestly think "Whisper" is my least favorite power episode.

I did too! It was incredible!!!!

All together though season 3 isn't my favourite season. I hated the whole Lex-going-crazy thing. And I also thought they focused too much on Lex-Lionel, and the whole Lionel-murdering-his-parents thing. All that had nothing to do with Clark. And honestly, who really cares about Lionel-Lex crisis when it has nothing to do with Clark? I thought they were focusing too much on stuff that had nothing to do with Clark in this season. And then it was so dark, I didn't like that either. And the whole Clark-Lana thing ... no. I mean, they've been in that 'we're not together but we really don't know why' stage forever. Their relationship didn't develop at all in this season.
And then there was the fact that almost nothing ever seemed to work out for Clark. I mean, everyone just kept punching him in the face. (not literally). It wasn't fun to see him constantly being hurt and being depressed.

I think that's what that poster was doing, music_man86. Now, to answer the ACTUAL question posed on this thread... yeah, I'll have to go with "Resurrection." In actuality, Season 3 was probably the best and most exciting season for me on many levels. I liked how it made the show a little darker, but not at the expense of it getting really gory and grotesque. The machinations and manipulations between the two Luthors kept me guessing and on the edge of my seat the whole time. The relationships went through a lot of twists and turns, too, without feeling terribly old or boring yet. All in all, it was just a really solid season. But yeah, if I'm going to pick any episode that's worthy of the title of being "worst," it'll definitely have to be "Resurrection." The kryptonite-bomb plot just seemed silly -- what, the kid found some random refined meteor rock, quickly cobbled together a makeshift bomb and detonator, and hurried back to the hospital to try to steal Jonathan's liver to save his brother, who he thought was already dead? Huh? Confusing and ridiculous, much? Yeah, I think so.

"Resurrection" and "Magnetic" are definitely my least favorites of season three. Those storylines bugged me. I wasn't too fond of "Velocity" either though.

Relic......cheap excuse to satisfy Clana shippers using Jor-El and Louise to do and say everything Tom and Kristin couldn't do as Clark and Lana. The fact Jor-El was committing adultry was inexcusible

Exile....Clark robbing banks and committing crimes that sould put him on the FBI's most wanted list on red K for 3 months is not my cup o tea. Red K episodes should last 1 day. Not a fan of depressed Clark

Not that I'm making excuses for the badly constructed Jor-El/Louise plotline of "Relic," but do we know for sure whether or not Jor-El was already married yet or not when he met Louise? I can't remember for sure, and probably need to rewatch the episode...

velocity/forsaken- i just hate hate those eps. the plus side for forsaken, is pete leaving. other than that it's just another lana-stalker episode

For me, it's Whisper mainly because some of the dialogue about the blindness being permanent just made me roll my eyes and threw me right out of the episode. I just don't think the episode was particularly well written.

Next would be either Velocity or Magnetic.

The two episodes I really hated were Resurrection (on my top ten worst list) and Magnetic. The rest of the episodes range from neutral to outstanding. Overall S3 is my favorite season. Not only because of the quality of eps, but also because of the arc with Lex/Lionel.
