I have to say he is my favorite character on the show. He brings a lot of humor and the fact he actually wants to be a hero is good to. i wonder if his friend haspowers or if he is just the powerless sidekick.

I thought lots of people would be commenting on Hiro!!!

He has a very impressive power and it was great to see him visit Peter on that train. "I'm Hiro Nakamura from the Future." It just reminded me of the Back To The Future films hehe.

You reckon he has kind of got himself trapped 6 months previous to the current time? Maybe all will be explained in episode 10 as I think it is called "6 months earlier."

i i thought people would be too. Hiro is the best he has a cool power and is funny.

ya i have no idea what happened to hiro. maybe he is kind of stuck there for some reason and has to let time catch up to himself. like i said in the episode thread for this week hiro and ando are supposed to be at the school like in that picture so i wonder if hiro will catch up to time and the whole cheerleader thing will have to be replayed or something and have a different outcome or something.

I just hope sylar doesnt get to hiro first. that would suck big time.

Im hoping/betting that since Hiro apparently got stuck 6 months past that the next time we see him his English wont be so broken.

Im hoping he will have developed his powers better as well so that he wont have to look like he's dumping a load every time he uses his powers.

I wouldn't want to see Hiro turn up the "cool factor". His geekiness and oddness is what sets him apart (and makes him my favorite character).

I totally love Hiro! He's my favorite character on the show -- not only because he's got a kick-ass power but also because he genuinely wants his power. He immediately accepted being a Hero and trying to help others immediately.

My favorite Hiro-ism is when he meets Isaac for the first time and does the Vulcan welcome greeting.

Another funny thing that I read somewhere on my LiveJournal -- that when Hiro says "Mr. Isack" it sounds like "Mystery sock!" ROFLMAO! It really does!

ya it does when ever i see that part of the episode or any other episode hiro says his name i find it funny that it sounds like mystery sock or mr eye sock. i know its hiros accent but sometimes when words mush together like that it sounds funny.

Hiro is the most entertaining and coolest character on the show. Even the small comedic relief bits are classic. GO HIRO!

I like how they do the subtitles on the show. Rather than at the bottom of the screen, they put the subtitles beside the characters. I guess that's for the people who don't appreciate subtitles. I like how they just allowed them to speak Japanese rather than dub it in English.

Anyways, I can't wait to see Hiro get his sword.

well the subtitles like that i think is to make it look comic book like without the giant word bubbles. however sometimes its hard to read if the white words are in a bright place the words are a little tricky to read.

it's cool that he talks in japanese but why he does that and Mohinder doesn't? I mean, when he's at India? anyway...I like the Ando/Hiro team as well. They are cool :cool:

i really hope he never gets killed off cause he is one of those characters that if he leaves many people might go with him. well maybe not cause there are a lot of great characters in the show but i think it wont have that same humor and destiny acceptance that hiro brings to the show.

I forget where I read it, but English is one of the many languages spoken in India, especially by those of a higher social class, which Mohinder and his father would be in as lecturers.

I also hope they never kill of Hiro, he's my favourite character. I like the subtitles and where they are, when i read subtitiles usually i generally miss alot of what's going on when there down the bottom of the sscreen.

I love Hiro! He is so awesome, and i would kill to have his powers... figuratively speaking... i also love the sidekick and all the star trek references, "Use your Death Grip Spock!!"... such a classic. but yeah, i've only seen the first ep and so far i love his character, he is the perfect comic relief... mainly cause he's not useless and just joking from the sidelines

I think it's a phycological thing. His power worked fine in the museum when he though he had the sword, but stopped working when he relized it was a replica. I think he was just so spooked by not being able to save waitress chick that now it's not working because he can't focus

In my honest opinion the pilot is actually the worst episode so far.

It gets infinitely better from there on. Including Hiro.

The storyline is somewhat intriguing, but the real reason I watch this show is Hiro! More than his cool superpowers themselves, I love his attitude about his powers -- & his numerous references to Star Trek, etc. He is definitely "Asian & Nerdy" (as opposed to "White & Nerdy"), & that deserves some respect!

Hiro is what I'm looking forward to most this next season. Heck he's what I'm looking forward to most with each episode. Well... that and the prolonged and extremely excruciating torture of Sylar. Death is too good for that cockroach. LOL!

I agree.I wish that Charlie could have lived a little longer too.But,she was kind of doom from the start.She had a brain's tumor,she had few mounts to live at the most.I guess that they didn't want Hiro to hook up that early in the show...Too bad :(

The most intriguing thing about Season 3 of Heroes is that they seem to be exploring the potential for villainy in the heroes, as well as introducing us to new villains.

In the first two episodes of this season, Hiro's faults stood out like never before. He's rather lazy. He lives in a fantasy (which has turned into reality). He's rather selfish and immature. He doesn't have as much respect for the events going on around him as he should. He was so... selfishly reckless about the formula. He just doesn't seem to get that his actions can have grave consequences. I dunno.

I like that these things have to potential to turn Hiro into a villain unwittingly. In the future scene with Ando, Hiro seemed the more villainous of the two.
