Has anyone ever seen the movie with Michael Douglas called Falling Down? Static man looked a lot like the pathetic guy in that movie.

I thought he looked a lot like the guy whose neck was broken by Graham in Fade.

I noticed that right away. The actor reminds me of Elijah wood, more so on Supernatural but still even on SV.
