This was the worst episode since that gal was trying to eat Pete. Simply terrible. It ranks right up there with the one where the girls bones were buried in the wall. These writers need to step down.

Nah, it wasn't so bad. It wasn't even the worst episode this season. That honor goes to 'Wither". "Rage" wasn't so hot either.

Yeah. I loved when Clark disappointed Lana. :)

This episode had exciting points. I liked the FOTW, especially since he was tied to Level 33.1. I liked the story with Clark, but that should have been given a LOT more focus to. Had they made this be a 2-parter and ended it with a cliffhanger to keep our interests up than with no cliffhanger like they actually did, it would have been much better. There was too much going on. I thought that they could have made an interesting step with Lana by having her noy buy Lex's BS, but instead she did a flip-flop. Clark should have been the main star. I wanted to see much more of what he did. I wanted to see a lot more of Batista, and an actual battle between them, instead of the MM popping up and killing him without anything special. That was just as bad as the Isobel wrap-up from Commencement. The Lexana just sucked. I think the best way was to stage the Clark-Batista storyline over 2 episodes. The static Lex could have been resolved in this episode, with huge Level 33.1 aftershocks that should be carried over to the next episode. And it should have ended with either Lionel or Lex showing Lana the Clark room with the last shot being an expression of shock on Lana's face. Now that's what I call a cliffhanger. Couple that with a shot of Batista about to deal a devastating blow to Clark before the end of Static, and that would have even made it better.

This episode had a great deal of potential. Heck, I was even excited while I was watching the Seattle & 33.1 events unfold. The Lexana element was horrible and really took away from the episode. They should have cut out all the emotional Lexana scenes and replaced them with Clark vs. Batista, and that would have made the episode much better. I could see Clark getting help from the MM to beat Batista, but not getting any offense and being saved by him is horrendous.

What could have been cool with the whole Level 33.1 was sucked into oblivion by the Two-Head Monster known as Lexana. It totally killed what should have been cool.

I wouldn't say it was the worst, but i didn't like that the star of the show was religated to the "b" story.
