Chloe made a point that I was wondering about. Can you imagine what Clark's cell bill looks like? He's all over the world sometimes, all over the country regularly, and playing ping pong between metropolis and smallville a lot.

With as far as Lex has stretched for other items of proof, I could almost see him hacking for Clark's phone bill

When you think about it, how many times have Clark and his dad been talking about something relating to his powers just as Lex/Lana/etc walks in?

Roaming charges are usually not within state so he's safe in Kansas, but the whole Lex hacking his phone is plausible... he better watch his back.

you bring up a good point that there is starting to build up evidence of clark's powers.
I would love an episode where the government comes to clark and talks to him, we know about your powers, we are happy you are fighting for good and not robbing banks as you did before. We would like to incorporate you into government service type of missions.
