I'm thinking now that Level 33.1 is gonna tie in somehow to the threat that the Justice League will face maybe. Perhaps there's a whole breakout and tons of FOTW escape and begin to cause havoc?

If the MB is indeed back for sure, I think Lionel has some kind of plan possibly to create, not an army perse', but a large group of Kryptonite-infected people and incorporate some of his Kryptonian knowledge to make them even more powerful? I dunno. Has Lex been experimenting more lately with 33.1 since "Reunion" when Lex discovered Lionel tapped into a very powerful part of the human brain with the Kryptonite he used on Duncan and requested all documents on his desk regarding it? Perhaps Lex's experiments on these "meteor freaks" has been making them even more powerful. This coupled with Lionels continued obsession lately with the Kryptonian symbols and now desire to be partners with Lex...I think, like I said, Lionel wants to create some large group of super human beings? Maybe we could see Metallo come out of this? I dunno...maybe this is all a little out there
