I'm totally a sap for romance, so don't get me wrong, I do like the lovey dovey stuff... to an extent! This sooo isn't the Lex I was expecting 6 years into this show.

I was expecting him to show her a video of clark catching a car or something, that would have been something to keep me on edge, him proposing was like Chloe being hot, its something expected.

I agree cause I have mixed feelings about lex at this point,I'm startin to think she's manipulatin him this season instead of how tptb said he would of her :lol:

Again, I love the dark and the good sides of people. Makes them more interesting. I didn't find him overly sappy - other episodes he's usually detached seeming from her to me. Both of them even out. What I'm glad is over, at least, is all the episodes where Lana and Clark gaze at each other, tilt their heads, and have that music play in the background constantly. Now that was sappy!

He's softing up for sure.\ and Lana is going evil something has to give for Lex to return to his evil self.

Will she lose the baby and leave him or will she lose the baby because of something he does?

I've said on other threads, Lex has lost something, some character. He used to be this somewhat evil, but suave 'man'. He has seem to have lost some 'age' and become less mature, less suave. Normally, when you have a couple, when one is older, the younger raises up to that persons age, but he seems to be going down to her age. (I know that it was always odd that they had him with younger persons, but he acted his age). I never see him playing pool anymore either. I miss that. Or box.

Lex used to be one of the most interesting characters on the show but now he is a complete and total bore. I don't even have any interest in watching his journey to evil now. The character has become a waste of screentime.
