Lex Shot...Again

How many more times do you think Lex will be shot in the remaining like 15 episodes of this season. I know he was shot by an arrow tonight, but its the second time this season hes been shot within 5 episodes...I think it's about time Lex considered wearing a bullet proof vest on a daily basis.

In the earlier seasons, (I forget which, someone help me out here), didn't Lex tell Clark that he thinks the meteor shower boosted his immunity or something and he never really got sick? He even believed that his boosted immunity saved him from the car wreck. Maybe that's why Lex is a bit fearless when it comes to the bullet-proofing department. Is this too much continuity to hope for?

Another option is, the writers are just lazy. Getting Lex shot is a convenient way to move the plot along. Plus it's fun!

well he is a billonare so i kinda expect him to have a new car every episode. but lex has been shot, kidnapped,set on fire, drugged, poisined and framed more than anyone else on smallville in all accuracy he should be either dead or in every single medical journal in the world.

As far as I'm concerned, Lex had it coming by trying to outdo Oliver and involve himself in stuff that was none of his business, and then to try to take it away from both Oliver and the doctor. Lex probably ordered the second chance dude to kill her for the drugs.

And obviously, getting shot doesn't bother him because he continues to do stuff that cause him to get shot, he deserves it.
