"Are you ever gonna get off your a$$ and finally do something."
Great words from the Arrow,it seems all this is hitting CK at once. And now he's starting to show it.

It was about time someone put it into words the BDA could understand.
Chloe told him the same thing before, yet it seems his most power ability is the solid steel skull.

I laughed and was like, "Go GA!!!"

I laughed at it because it was ridiculous. GA has no idea how much Clark has done or how many lives he's saved.

Thats what I was thinking  Clark has already saved the world from Zod by the age of 19!! GA has an inferiority complex and has barely saved one person!
Clark is clearly allowed to lecture him by all means imo

The fact that Clark is pretty much impermiable does not mean that hes been less heroic than GA. Sure he can't die in 99% of his heroic deeds but GA cant tell Clark he needs to get off his ass and help the world be a better place when he's preoccupied helping 3 friends and 2 enemies who get into crappy situations EVERY freakin day!

Yeah, GA who kidnaps people, gets people killed indirectly, steals, and injects himself with drugs because he's got hero envy...yeah, this is a guy who is in a position to judge.
Clark is younger by Ollie then 6 years, he's running the family farm, and he has things to deal with that Ollie has NO CLUE about. Since meeting Ollie, Clark has actually saved his bacon with Lois, not turned him into the police, saved his life, and saved the life of someone that Ollie almost murdered. And last time I checked, Ollie wasn't one of Clark's nearest and dearest.
Clark has every single right in the world to decide what he wants to do in the world, how he wants to do it, and how he chooses to protect himself and those around him. We know what decision he eventually makes, but its still HIS decision to make. Ollie is in no position to judge. He's a billionaire that STEALS to give money to give to charity. How about liquidating your assets there Ollie.
I don't mind Ollie urging Clark to try a different path. I do have issues with him making judgements when he knows jack squat about Clark's full situation, or what Clark has done up to this point.

And didn't Clark just get done saying that he's going to complete his training and start doing something with his powers and get all the zoners in the last ep? I guess he's taking his time wallowing in his Lana fantasies.

Thank you BadToad, this is exactly what I was thinking.
Now if you want to compare Clark and Oliver both at 19 and then again both at 25, then I think it is fair to assume that Clark would be ahead of Oliver in both. It is not fair to compare a 19 yr. old Clark to a 25 yr. old Oliver.

Very good analysis, IMO.

Yeah, GA is such a bloody genius that he took a human life while hopped up on drugs. The guy has always been portrayed as reckless and arrogant. He's brave enough, but hardly ready for prime time and not one who needs to be lecturing others.

It could have been said by Shelby and still would have been a great line. This wasn't about how GA one upping CK not at all. Just a character telling him flat out get off your a$$. It all gose back to the stones. If he would have got them than there is no Brainiac or Zod or Dark Thursday ect...........
IMO thought it was something that needed to be said to him. He starting to realize how important he really is to the whole world. Not just staying local as he dose now.

Also lets remember that Ollie was pumped up on "heal juce" that gave him "Rage".
He wasn't thinking too clearly even though Clark needed a kick in the butt to get motavated.

Clark should get off his butt and do something to help more people.
Hey Clark....heard of Iraq? Why not go there and help out? Why not go and use your xray vision, superspeed, and invulnerability to find Osama bin laden?
I know that would make for a silly show since its called "Smallville" but if I knew my friend has these powers and did NOTHING to try and help out in Iraq or find Osama etc than I'd be pretty upset.
lol, anyone remembers the issues where superman, batman and robin were sitting on the torpedos of a U.S. Navy ship and heading towards germany to fight the Nazi's? hahah. I'd die laughing if they ever tried to relate real politics with comics again.
