What happened? In Arrow, GA's voice was darker and more mysterious. It wasn't like that at all in this episode.

I mean"IT WASN'T LIKE THAT ALL IN THIS EPISODE"

Maybe the drugs had something to do with it? They said he was getting sloppy, maybe he wasn't bothering to disguise his voice as much.
