I say it's not that good because they are obviously trying to develope Lois through the Green Arrow character and it takes away from the story and the mythos suffers. Tonight's episode was all about Clark helping out the Green Arrow who is helping to connect him with Lois.

I don't know, it doesn't really seem like any of them to me. :\

great season but different from all the others
How does rating this season against a different season help quantify whether this season is good or bad? We all view each season differently. So, I could choose season 4, but I choose it because I love season 4. And someone else could choose season 4, but they hated season 4.
This poll makes no sense.

This is my 2nd favorite season so far behind Season 4. They seem a lot alike too. Am I the only one that thinks Arrow is like Jason Teague? Seem really similar IMO.

both are annoying and ugly? yes, i think they are very similar, lol.

I think this Season has been a mixture. We've gotten some Season 2 (Sneeze), some Season 1 (Wither), some Season 6 (Zod), some Season 4/5 (Arrow), some Season 2/6 (Fallout) and now some Season 3 (Rage). It's been a good mix so far, and as long as we stay away from more fillers like Wither (which I didn't dislike as much as most of you, but it was still just a filler) then we'll be fine.

Dare to explain what kind of poll is this? Is impossible to know how to vote.

I'm confused with the options. Different people will assign different values for the past seasons. Our answers will not be uniform nor will it make any sense.

Kinda like S4. There are big differences in qualities in between individual episodes, IMO...

this season is good but to many pahantoms just like the earlier episodes and way to much drama and romance this year but its still good

it's so far like season 5. IMO the best season is the second season because of so many great episodes. :)

OK, but nothing has stood out to an overwhelming level....yet.
"Zod" was good but rushed. As others have agreed, it should have gone on for at least 2 eps before being resolved....

The first part of this season seems to the worse because they are using the shows to develope characters like Lois, Ollie and too a lesser extent Jimmy. You barely see Clark and Lex in a scene together. They have slowed down the show for character developement when stories about Clark and Lex and Clark confrontations should be taking center stage.

Well, the fact that they are no longer friends and Lex is dating Clark's ex should be an explanation, perhaps? We had 5 years of Clex confrontation, now it's time for each one move on to their destiny.
I think that's the problem that many people have with this season, the fact that the show is finally moving on.

The only "moving on" part that I don't like is that it seems like the show is moving on to a point where Clark and Lex argue constanly about a girl that neither one of them is going to end up with in the grand scheme of things.

I've found this season to be boring so far for the most part. Too much time being spent on secondary characters. I just don't give a crap about either Green Arrow or Lois. I know I should be applauding them for finally doing something with Lois but the way they've handled her jump into Journalism..if you can even call it that was complete crap. I still can't stand her as a person either so really with the first half of this season being so attention focused on GA/Lois has made for a real boring time.
Lucky GA being completely gone from the back half and Lois being mostly gone from the back half, I expect I'll probably enjoy the second half of season six more.

That's exactly why I like the Green Arrow arc, because I know the show would be if there wasn't an arc like it, a all-out Clexana soap-opera. :\
We can't have mytho episodes all the season, because basically, Superman mythos are not that big.

I fear the second half of season six because of the Lexana pregnancy... :(

This hasn't really been a *bad* season, but for some reason I've grown kind of bored with it recently. Could just be that I'm losing interest in the show/plot/characters, no matter the quality of the show itself. Probably just going through a phase.

Because it has been kinda slow. Clark doesn't really have a plot (beside the phantoms), Lex doesn't have a plot at all, Lana is still useless for the show (since season 4, anyway), Chloe is still the searching browser. If anything, Lois is the only one with an explicit plot.
But the question is what about the second half of the season? We heard nothing at all about it. This is the first time on Smallville that we don't know it, not even one clue.

I have to wait and see the rest of the episodes beacues the rest of the episode could be really good or they could be like thirst and tomb lol.

This season hasn't really been that great overall. There have been some nuggets here and there, but the show is really Metropolis at this point, and any growth left for Clark will be when the show ends with him doing his training. Season 5 started out great but the last half of the season was aweful. This season reminds me of last season.
I wish people hadn't complained so much about Season 4, my self included, because it was at least more fun and entertaining.

That is strange when you think about it, that they've been so hush hush about it. We do know though that the Lexana pregnancy is probably going to be a big part. :\

Scarily enough I almost find myself agreeing with this....

well I like the season, its as good as any other imo.The only thing is can it remain this way midseason, cause alot of ppl lost interest after reckonin midseason. So can this season go beyond jan will be the question, cause after justice we have no clue what is goin to happen. And this yr plot has been hush hush so either it'll be real big or real disappointing. But so far the season is cool(Except Wither),I just hope it continues

Wow. I'm so confused by this poll? I didn't vote b/c there is no "i hate this season" box.
Although I did like the Green Arrow episode from a few weeks ago. That's been about it.

I wanted to vote, but couldn't because there is no "This season is the worst yet because each season is worse than the last" option. I would have selected that one.

so far this season is more mature, different but good. We have all matured and so this season.
Nice ideas, everybody is older and out of high school, so is the real world now, nice season.

Too soon to tell.
I like the green arrow character ( a pleasant surprise).
Don't like how Lois is being written in regards to Clark.
Chole is all over the place.
Jimmy is a non-issue at this point.
Lionel is his usual uber-coolness.
Martha is in a void.
Lex is useless so far, lets hope his character progress soon !
Lana is slowly but surely seeing the light.
To be honest, taking out the Clark and Oliver moments, this season doesn't have much going for it so far.
