Most likely, but the real question is, how long is this garbage going to last? This is the type of storyline that could overpower this show. Hopefully she loses the baby in the next few episodes after the break and they can move on from this crap, but knowing TPTB, they'll just waste countless episodes on it.

I guess the CW could have a poll during the Christmas break to let viewers name the baby. To keep those L.L. initals I would suggest Lucifer, but Damian is appropriate too.

I just hope that when they return in January this crap is over.

Okay I can see why Lex won't want to use protection since he wants his happy little family but why won't Lana? If Lex wasn't willing to use comdoms she could have used the pill.

If i hadnt read the spoilers, I would have enjoyed that plot twist 10x more. From now on im done with spoilesr, because until i remembered the baby subplot, I thought lana was dying. I was really really excited. Not because she was dying, but beacuse It was a cool plot twist. thne i remembered it was a baby before she told chloe. at least i got enjoyment out of the clana scene. However, I reeally feel bad for the baby, child of lex and lana. talk about neglection.

I think that the baby is gonna be born & all that good stuff & then somethig will happen to it! It kinda like this...in the Lexmas episode Lex saw what his life would be like if the made the "right" decisions. Lana & he have their kids & he loses her.I think that he thinks he's getting everything he wants & still has all the money & the power. But something is going to happen to the baby or Lana & the baby...that will push him over the edge!!!

This is just my great theory!!

I told you guys it was going to be her. I was a little worried there when Lois and Lillie look like they were about to do it and when Lana was about to tell Chloe I kept thinking, I'm pregnant, the a little voice saying I'm dying but no I'm sure it's going to be I'm pregnant.

So why is she sooo upset. Maybe she should have used protection. OMG she did it with the bad guy with no protection. I'm shocked hahahahaha no I'm not looks good on her hahahahahahahahaha

I thought that we were going to get the 9th episode in December, but they haven't set an airdate for it yet. Evidently there was a change in the production schedule. I'm wondering if episode 9 will be shown before or after the break.

I am a CLois fan becasue I grew up on it. And no I am not a Lexana fan becasue I know who Lex will be and that he posions all he touches. Plus theres the fact that if theres a baby Lex is running around its almost destined to be evil, sorry one megolomanic cue ball is enough for me.

Plus as a classic Lex fan I sort of feel like shes keeping him good. Its kind of wired though good and enjoyable to watch this Lex but hes nothing like the guy I grew up with so I am a little disassoiteated from Lex.

I actually felt really bad for Lana this episode. She seemed so mopey the whole time. Here recently, she has been annoying me to no end, but tonight I really did feel for her. It's like she knew she had made a HUGE mistake. The scene between her and Chloe was really sweet. I really just don't know how this whole "baby" story line is going to play out....

I would love to see her have a little Lex running around. Last week I got the pregnant vibe even though I wasn't quite sure it would happen but yep she is.

In the Smallville mag when it recaps the comics, Lana had a baby but it was Pete's in that storyline so the baby might actually be born. Have to wait and see if it survives all the smallville drama though

I really liked Lana in this one. Not so much like, I enjoyed her scenes, but I felt bad for her. I really feel her pain now about the baby and I think she is starting to realize this was a BIG mistake. As much as I detest Clana, I actucally liked their scene together later on in the episdoe. And when Lana got really emotional in the scene with Chloe, I just felt sooo bad for her. I think this may be the first time I ever say this(and hopefully the last:p) Poor poor, Lana. I feel bad for her. :( The baby story is actucally starting to grow on me, and so far I'm enjoying it, at least as long as Kristin keeps playing it the way she did tonight. LOVED her performance tonight, best I've seen of her in a long time.

I mean look it has Lex Luthor as a dad who will go badder than- master mold with an infanate army of Sentials at his command and a presidential order to kill anything in the world that could be come a mutant- and Lana who if they go somewhat by the comic will go nuts I wacko stalker freak in the future when Clois does get together. . .

Well, in my experience, one doesn't usually have an signs or symptoms until 6 - 8 weeks later.
Remember the costume party when the women said how lana looked even more radiant in person , that her skin was glowing. --That is often one of the first signs.

I didn't think she was with Zod or Lex at that point. But she was with Lex that night. Doesn't Lana know anything about birth control. I know she moved out on her Aunt, but she was about 16, old enough to know something. She acts like she knows everything. This just makes me sooo made. At first, they were making it look like she had a brain tumor or something from all her concussions, complaining about her migraines (which some of my friends did get when they were pregnant), but come on, did she not have the obvious sign of pregnancy, or did she miss that day in health, never had a close girlfriend to talk to and never watched any of the farm animals in Smallville or did Lex tell her that not only did the meteors make him lose his hair but made him lose his little buddies?

See I take all of it as Lana is begining to see just what she got herself into (shes not totally there yet but heading the right direction). Ok Lex is evil and to carry his child for anyone would feel like the wieight of the world in her stomach.

Yes she may not know but shes begining to sense it and I dont know about you, but if I was begining to since I was preggers by a guy who was bad, I wouldnt be happy about it.

Well she is what 18? 19? That pretty scary, your a parent for the rest of your life. She should have used protection and was stupid not too but just because she wasn't useing it does mean she was trying to get pargent; it just makes her a idoit.

I think a lot of her fear has to do with her age and the fact it's Lex. Things aren't going so well right now with him, but I think she be just as scared if it was Jason's child or Clark's.

Who knows if she even wants to be in with Lex for the long hall, I mean he could be just the guy she with till the next guy (she can't be alone and haven't seen any love from her to him)

Ok forgetting the fact that her hormons are playing cruel jokes with her emotions at the moment lets really look at this.

1 Shes 19 and preggers
2 Shes unmarried
3 She has no way of supporting this kid
4 She is as any pregante woman would re-evaluating her situation.
5 She realizes Lex may not be the good guy she though he was.
6 She sees what she is missing you know school friends someone to talk to other than Lex, even Clark moving on.

Not to mention a child is a HUGE deal. Women go through it all the time but for those who cannot understand why she is not over the moon and shouting it form the roof tops. . .

Well all I can say is see it from her end and see it with those tings above and see you would wonder if you had not made the biggest mistake of your life. Especially when she knows deep down she does not love Lex.

Now I'm not what most would call a Lana fan but understanding her action I can. Sorry hope I did not offened anyone I dont mean to. I just think in all fairness we should attempt to look at it from her point of view.

If it was Clark's, she would have alway had Martha to talk to for advice on what to do. With Lex, she has has no one of a parent figure to talk to, unless all of a sudden, they bring back her aunt. She can't ask Lionel for advice. The Luthors just want heirs. No matter what. Probably with no matter who. they can get rid of the mother.

I see Lana panicking, getting on a horse, (don''t know whose, since I haven't seen her ride in a few seasons). and she will go tearing off on the horse. Clark will find out, and go speeding off after her, but of course it will be too late, she will be thrown from the horse and she will lose the baby and it will be Clark's fault as usual according to Lex.

Poor Lana. It's Lex's baby. She didn't have sex with Clark late enough in Season 5 for it to be his. She would have found out before now if it were Clark's.

I guess now she's gonna stay for the baby. How depressing.

Saying 'yes' to Clark in Reckining and having a baby is two different things. She could get married to Clark, go to school, have life, be alone with Clark for a few years before children, do whatever and still have kids and that life your talking about just a few years later. There no big rush and there nothing about Lana that makes me think she jump into having children with Clark right away any more then she would be with any other guy. I mean she could have been just a freaked out and upset in happyland (lexmas) when she was pargent the first time and even the second time. All we say was 25 year Lana with one child and another well on it's way and she happy.

Which reminds me why would she use protection with Clark but but not Lex? Oh wait the tptb are idoits and don't care what happened before in SV.
