I couldn't figure out what it could signal at first, but now that I think about it, could it be a hint at a certain spoiler?

Yeah, you're right, I thought about that after posting during the show and thought "Crap, I wasn't thinking." I'm going to edit it a bit, but people might still able to deduce what it is from other posts. The mods can move it if they still think it's too spoilerish after my edit.

LANA: "Do you wish you could go back in time?"
CLARK: "Yeah, but the fans are gonna be pissed if I rotate the Earth backwards again..."

Okay for some reason the Lana in this episode was tolerable. I think cause its acutally something to be worried about. Meaning Lana wasnt crying about someone lying to her.

and there we go. Pregnant
that explains the "spoilers" from static.

Yeah, I kind of figured it was going to be revealed by the end of the episode, that's not exactly a storyline you keep people on the dark on for multiple episodes. But either way, didn't want to leave it spoilery in case it wasn't. :P

Stupid waste of time. Lex doesn't have a child, Lana has to lose the baby at some point.
Same stupid crap as when Martha got pregnant.

I wouldn't call mirroring the plotline of Lexmas and it still ending badly (which will likely corrupt Lex even moreso) a waste of time. It's doing a pretty good job of continuing plots set up last season. The baby dying is a good plot IMO, it sets up lots of interesting situations.

Not quite! Malignant brain tumor, well the simptoms would include halucinations and Lana doesn't have those! Aneurysm, well she is too young to have that one, unless she was born with one, which I doubt! So Pregnancy is really the only option, but we knew that already, so what's the point with this thread again?
