I was wondering if there was a plothole with the timeline or if they just skipped time after Fallout. In Fallout they said it was 6 weeks since Dark Thursday and in Rage it was Thanksgiving which would mean a few months went by to catch it up to (TNF) The Near Future but I thought Martha made a comment about what "just" happened with Raya. That would indicate it wasn't to long after but everything else in the episode could sync up with time going by between Fallout and now, ex. Lois and Ollie heating up the relationship at the beginning, it being Thanksgiving, Lana being Pregnant, plus other than the comment I thought I may heard and the Thanksgiving thing I didn't see an indication of how long it had been since Fallout or the Zod.
If there is anyone who can clear this up for me and set the Timeline straight for me. I'd be thankful and others may be wondering the same thing too. Thanks guys for any help. By the way I liked the episode I was just wondering how it matched up.

ya i made a thread about that. certian things made fallout seem like it was way before this episode and other things seemed like it could have been after.

I need to go back and check, but did they take Lois to the Smallville Medical Center? Wasn't she in Ollie's apartment, IN METROPOLIS, when she called 911?

You beat me, I was just wondering about that myself.
Doesn't this show have any editors to catch this stuff?
:\
Having Ollie un masked in Lex/Lionels office when it's been shown before there's security camera's in that office.
They can catch clark running out of a fire but not the 5 minutes Ollie was unmasked?

Was there anything in the room to blatently imply that it was SMC? I just thought it could've been any room in any hospital anywhere. But then again, I don't have the greatest memory.

about the time delay in episodes wasn't one of the episodes moved to a different date because of production thingy. Though that would still make at mistake.

Didn't they use the stock footage of Smallville Medical Center before they cut to the hospital room. I will need to see again but I am pretty sure that is what happened.

Yeah, I just checked. They show an exterior of the SMC and then cut to Lois in the hospital bed. Way to pay attention Smallville crew.

I think that some time, maybe a month, has passed since "Fallout". When Martha made that comment to Clark about what had 'just' happened to Raya, when speaking of a personal loss of someone who was cared about so much, that IS a SHORT period of time. It HAD been six weeks since the "ZOD" episode at the time "FALLOUT" aired. So, they moved it up just a little. I read somewhere that "ZOD" will be repeated on Thanksgiving night. Then there'll be all of the Christmas Specials that could probably pre-empt the regular new episodes. There will be only two (2) more New episodes that will air this year since "Rage" was episode 7 and "Hydro", the episode that Tom directed, is episode 10 and will be the first new episode to air in January. I hope that helped a bit.
I noticed something else that had to do with continuity in "Rage". When Clark went to Lois' apartment and told her that he suspected Oliver to be using drugs, she had just put a pie in a Toaster Oven just before he arrived. When she got the news, she grabbed her jacket and immediately left. That pie would've burned to charcoal and probably the whole building would have caught on fire while Lois went to visit Oliver's apt. in Metropolis, gotten hurt, was hospitalized and released. That same semi-burnt pie showed up at the Kent's Thanksgiving dinner and was questioned by Clark as to whether she had baked it on a B-B-Q pit.

;) In the episode "Mercy", when both Clark & Lex were investigating Lionel's and Martha's disappearances and they were in Lionel's office, Clark asked Lex how did he know that his dad had been abducted from his office and Lex told him that he'd found his dad's cell phone on the floor. The last number he'd dialed from it was 911. Clark asked what about the surveillance cameras and Lex informed him that Lionel had never installed them in his private office, because he wanted to be able to conduct 'secret' or 'illegal' transactions without having any record of it. So, there Are NO Security Cameras in that office.

Yep i think the episode mercy when lex said to clark lionel doesn't have any cameras in his office cause he wants time by himself with nobody watching.

Let us not forget that Lois decided to use her cellphone in a HOSPITAL.
Big no no, Lois.

Actually it is okay to use a digital phone in a medical facility, the older analog phones were a problem.
Though the signs in most hospitals still say no phones, they are allowed.
As new additions are added to hospital, the signs are not put on, they just don't remove the older ones.
I know this because I worked as security in a hospital until recently, when I retired.

Well remember that Chloe lives there too so my guess is that Chloe got on time to save the appartment from becoming a pile of ashes.
Or maybe Clark turned off and when she got better and went to her apartment she started to bake it again...Just guessing.

Sure do...because I was just about to point out the same thing. I have heard that cell phones in hospitals were a no, no too. Plus I figured, if you can't use a cell phone at a gas station, you certainly shouldn't at a hospital. I guess I was wrong.

You can use a cell phone at a gas station. It's just a myth that the phone ringing will make the car blow up. And I was in the hospital over the summer because I dislocated my knee (again) and I texted my roommate until he got off of work so he could come pick me up. I called my gf while I was there too.

Not sure..... But when Oliver smashes the glass, it appears to break before it actually smashes.....
It could just be the water inside.... But it looks odd.

Really? I guess I learned another thing. The gas stations in my city have signs that say no smoking or using cell phones - maybe they just assume it's better to be safe than sorry... :\

Really?! In my country too.
In Mythbusters they proved this myth wrong they tried to blow up a gas station using a cell phone and tried EVERYTHING! but nothing worked in the end I think they used TNT to blow the damn thing...I love that show! :D

Lois was hurt im Metropolis but received medical attention in smallville. Maybe her HMO only cover for emergency visits at Smallville Medical Center. we need even on the tv show we need health care reforms.

So, I'm making a Chlollie/Chlavis video and I'm going frame by frame to catch Oliver scenes I can cut. I'm at the part in the near beginning where Clark goes to Oliver's apartment to investigate the Green Arrow Shot thing. When Oliver is lifting weights, the shirt hung on the machine is a light green, but when he puts the shirt on, it's black.
