Raya and Jor-el mention but no Lara

There was quite a bit of Raya and Jor-el mention. Especially the part of her helping Jor-el build the spaceship for Clark. What was Lara doing during that time?
Just found it odd how there was no talk of Clark's mother at all.

Maybe Clark is really Jor-El and Raya's secret love child. Whew, now I'm glad Clark & Raya didn't kiss... :)
