I seriously doubt that the Fortress doesn't have a crystal to bring back Raya. For goodness sake, it had a time-rewind crystal, so why not a Raya-healing crystal?

However, I NEVER want to see Supergirl on Smallville, as much as I love her character. First off, after these two failures, everyone would groan to see them try again. Second, she is meant to contrast Clark when she is an impulsive teen and he is a responsible adult. Kind of hard to do when he is an impulsive (in a geek-Clark way) teen.
