I thought this was the best episode of the series so far. Clark is realizing he can't run away anymore. He knows what he has to do. What do you guys think?

Best scene of the series. Up there for episodes, but there have been better

eh, good ending there, but not best, arrow was a clutch episode
Well, I think that it was good that he finally realized that Jor-el wasn't wrong -- it just seemed kind of abrupt. Why didn't he mention any of his fears to Raya? About taking over the world? It seems kind of sudden given that he's rebelled for 5 years now.
I actually thought his talks with the GA kind of showed me the real Superman and him realizing his destiny than his talks with Raya.

The episode would have been the best, if only he had restored the Fortress and started his training. The one thing bad in this episode is that the FOS is still dead, and Clark really has no reason to get all the Zoners before doing it, after all Jor-El could help him defeat the Zoners.
Still a great episode, Raya was too short lived, I would have liked a 3 episode arc for her rather than the 2 we got, but I'll live.
Maybe best of the season, but SERIES? I can't agree with that one...

Yeah...it's up there w/the best
Bow Wow got more screen time than anyone. They could have deleted a few of his scenes and showed the "kiss" and how the FOS got recharged.

Erm, what kiss?

Ok, one of the best then? Best of season six so far. Wait, did Clark kiss Raya? Yeah, Clark could have at least restored the FOS in case he gets into a fight at the FOS and needs some backup. I also like that Lex is becoming more evil. Getting Jimmy fired? Is he that much of a threat? And why is Lana still with Lex?

IMO, it was the best with a season of this......quality, for lack of a better term.

I think Clark did restore the Fortress, at the end of the episode when he realized he needed to follow his destiny the Fortress lit up. Anyone else agree?

the FOS was recharged, didn't you see it? He just won't start training until he's sure the zoners are all gone.

I don't think it was the best episode.
But it is one of most important.
Clark finally accepts his destiny.
After he puts the rest of villians in the zone or destroys them , he will begin his training.
I hope the show does not end soon.
This was a fantastic episode.
I loved it.
Too bad Raya died, but it forced clark's decision so I will accept Clark using her death as motivation to become superman.
Lex is certainly showing his hand with bullying Jimmy. Good Stuff.

I think it was the best of the year... not the best of the series though.

im dissappointed. that one scene at the end was the bext part about his destiny. they brought in a character that imo could have had a great arc but we didnt get that once again. its so cliche for them to bring in a character that could be a great addition to the show but nooo we got something that was short lived. and then bow wows acting was just aweful. jimmy bores me when he gets on the screen. it was average or below average at most. not best

One of the best to date and definitely a turning point...
I think Raya may have set the Fortress to recharge as she knew Kal El would put it off and go after the others.. plus I think his training started the moment he accepted hi destiny (another reason the fortress came back then, he and it are connected) and that going after the Zoners (I hate that term) will be part of his training.
I'm expecting more powers to emerge and the ones he has to become more defined and controlled as he seeks out the zoners..

I agree. Best scene of this Season... I was much more elated by Arrow and Zod. As whole episodes.

Sorry if I'm being disrespectufl but I couldn't help but read your avi...How the hell does that work? Unless she can marry both guys or is the lost daughter of the Kents wich will make the show too gross to bear :\
Back on topic:
This might not be the best episode ever but is the best final 5 minutes of one I forgive a lot of the defect just for thos five minutes of Clarkman :D

Actually, I thought it was pretty responsible of him to clean up his mess with the Zoners before he embarks on his training. Doesn't the training take like 12 years or something in the mythos? He shouldn't just leave all those things running around the earth before he goes...should he?

Better and better with every episode this season
when i now look back at season 4 what a waste of time. Except for getting all three stones together the rest was all fillers and it sucked big time

BDA couldn't move fast enough to save Raya from the death rays. He just sat there looking stupid as usual.
My god, we are not 10 year olds!
The only good thing about this episode was at the closing scene with Martha when he finally grew a spine.

I never thought of it that way. That actually realizing and accepting his destiny he was, in a way, already starting his training and hence the fortress came alive again in the end (since he and the fortress are connected).
But yeah, definately one of the top episodes IMO, much thanks to all the continuity and cuz it's a turning point in CK's development into the man we know him to be.

I also liked Michael's performance, he was mean to Jimmy for no reason. A good Lex would go to Chloe and get mad at her for not keeping her bf on a leash. Instead he disses the poor guy, and then gets him fired.

Definitely the best episode this season. Without a doubt. The character's personalities have really improved.
Lex = Complete jerk; ass; evil -
Lana = Mentally stronger; Smart; Nice to Clark
Clark = He actually let Lana in!!!!
Chloe = She didn't save the whole freakin day! She and Jimmy are adorable together too!

Jimmy wasn't afraid to confront Lex. That was cool as well.

IMO, nothing beats "Shaterred", with "Rosetta" a close second, "Memoria" third.
"Fallout" was a good episode, where Clark FINALLY accepts who he is, but nothing more than that. The only story-arc that ended was the box, sooner than I was expecting.

Even "Wither" is better than season 4 worst episode. Season 6 has two well planned story arcs with the same objective, the GA and the Bobs. As many don't like the fact that GA takes screentime, it is a major set-up for pro-active Clark, to see what means to be a superhero and having responsabilities.
Superboy2

I should know this, but the bobs are the Zoners right? I think Fallout was second to Arrow.
