Being super hero types, it is good to see Clark with someone he can relate to. Even though Oliver has to work to lighten Clark up. The whole Jimmy/Clark friendship in comparison doesn't seem to hold any value.
Personally, I would love for Clark to share his secret with Oliver at some point in the future. Maybe to understand Clark's difficulty. At this point he couldn't explain about his wrong choices relating to Dark Thursday.

I believe only Bruce knows the real truth and the same with Clark knowing about him.

I just think its awsome Clark has a male friend, seriously he was going to end up, helping Chloe pick out her skirt for her next date
(In a restaurant, Clark, Raya, Lois and Ollie are having dinner, double date)
Clark: Olliver, Im going to the bathroom.
Olliver: So?? You want a permision slip, or a hall pass???
Clark: I thought weŽde go and talk (he hissed the last word)
Olliver: Dude, your weird.
Lois: OMG Smalliville, try to cut down on the soaps and up the football, and you might want to give me your apple-tini and order a beer or something.
Clark: You guys are SO insensitive.
Raya taps her forhead three times and sighs

No... everyone knows that Superman is an alien... and most of the JLA knows that Clark Kent is Superman...

^ yeah people know that Superman is a alien but not that Clark is. Not all JLA members know his identity. I mean who really knows other than Bruce and Dianna. If I remember correctly I don't think any one else really knows.

Well in the cartoon all the main members know at least from the episode "starcrossed"

wrong answer. Martian Manhunter (he has stood in for him as Clark), The original Flash (don't know if wally does or not), Aquaman, Green Lantern (Hal). The newest incarnation of the JLA doesn't know wholesale... but the founding members all knew.
Also, all of the super-people know, i.e. Steel, Supergirl, Superboy, etc...
Clark has needed this. After Pete left, and JK died, he's had no other dude friends to count on and/or relate with.

yea I notice them bein real close in this episode also, its cool to see them hit it off as friends so quickly.Wit jimmy so far its nothin but tension there from both guys cause they r after the same girl. But wit clark/oliver their identity is what got them so close, and 2 see them sittin in the barn talkin was cool. They seemed as tho they had been hangin out for a min.So imo he's becomin more of the friend jimmy is suppose to be,and the tension we heard about wit the triangles seems to be comin from chlarkimmy, and not clollie. But I think its cool, they both fightin for the same cause and hidin sumthin.

Next up:
Clark and Oliver take long showers to the wee hours of the morning, together.

I think a Chloe and Oliver relationship will bring Lois closer to Clark. I think that's where the writers are heading. Lois shows a vulnerable side to Clark and they have an akward moment.
