View Full Version : Can this Lana solve Clark?

I think Lana has finally figured it out...
Lana knows:
1) The stones were meant for Clark, therefore, there is no doubt this other device with the same markings "must also be meant for Clark". The only reason they would be meant for Clark would be he is a Kryptonian, a race she now has knowledge of.
2) She has also said a ship landed with the first meteor shower and one of them may be living among them as a human. She knows Clark is "adopted".
3) She also questioned Clark about how did he know before anyone else that Lex had to die as Zod. Over hearing Clark and Chloe she can assume Chloe knows. That would make her very P.O.ed that Clark would not share with her(as she has been with him).
4) She knows "their home is their weakness". Her k-nite necklace used to make Clark fall apart around her....knowing that it is "their weakness" hindsight is 20/20.
5) She knows Clark is keeping a huge secret from her (which she has figured out)....other than denying her physical attention and being distant after getting his powers back, Clark has never intentionally hurt Lana (when not mind controlled or on Red K). He did tell her he didn't love her anymore...but as she said she "can tell when he is lying", so she knows he was not telling the truth and that he still cares about her.
6) She will be the reason Lex finally goes over the edge, Lana will help Clark in someway instead of Lex when they are both in need and it will be the final betrayal. Lex will lose it like he did in "Reckoning" when Lana had said yes to Clark's proposal. "After all his lies you still chose him", Lex said.
Yes, Lex cause he is the good guy...you are not.
There are many other clues...can't remember them all just now....can you think of more??

I think she will eventually know, but I do not think she has figured anything out yet.

2 + 2= 4, but I am not convinced she knows that either.

here's what i think will happen:
Being with Lex, they will delve deeper into his ongoing investigation into Clark. Something will make Lana figure it out before Lex. Right as Lex is about to figure it out, see whatever this something is, She will go back to good, realize Clark as a friend and Lex as an enemy and leave Lex protecting Clark's secret. She then will try to go back to Clark with the whole "I'm so sorry, i didn't understand, please take me back" routine, but by this time, Clark (hopefully) will be more mature and have his sights set on his future and not their future, and will politely turn down a relationship with her and remain good friends.
that's the only interesting way i can see the lexana relationship working out on this show while staying somewhat true to the comics.

She won’t figure it out on her own. I’m sill convinced (and this episode strengthened my confidence) that it will be Lionel who gives her the evidence she needs. It will probably be the “Lockdown” footage along with a very fervent ultimatum (regarding Lex no Clark).

meh i think shes too much of an idiot to get things i mean it was obvious that clark still had feelings for her after they broke up but she had to ask the question a million times if he still loved her bfor her to get it when he still showed that he was so i highly doubt these clues are getting into her 1% used brain. shes an idiot
In the Comics - she knows after Superman appears

Boy I hope so. If lana figured out everything about clark at least it would be interesting. I am not interested at all with the current lana jumping through lex's hoops.

If she finds out what would that say?
While Lana was "good" she couldn't see the forest from the trees, the moment she become "Lexified" all is now clear ?

I think she will find out on accident. She will see clark laying on the ground with a bunch of glowing green rocks and then she may finnally notice all thpse thing that were listed and then she may finally get it.
But Lex will find out and clark will somehow get Silver-K (most likely from Lex in some sort of way in finding out if it is true) and go nuts again and kill Lana and Lex will get severly damaged and suffer from Ammnesia again and forget about Clarks secret.
Thus bringing a dramatic end to the Lexana story.
Maybe

Lana getting more and more darkside, perhaps she will become someone Lex will feel freatened by and he will betray and murder her.

Maybe. Her character really surprised me in this episode and showed that there might be more to her...

I think there r clues suggesting that she knows but I don't think she knows. I think if she knew she would confront him about it.

I think, in terms of the scope of the show, Clark has to make the decision to tell her straight up. she can't find out any other way. that has been the theme since the beginning. everything that he is holding onto is keeping him from his destiny. when he finally lets go of all of it, he will become superman. that's why he has to decide to tell her, and finally let her go.

Thats not what I am saying at all. In the past year she has gathered information and seen Kryptonians. Lana knows much more information than ever before, who they are, what their weakness is, what powers they have...etc.. An educated guess now with the information from past years tells her.....Clark is a Kryptonian. At least, it should based on what she now knows of them and what she knows of Clark.

Common sense is the most UNcommon of senses.
If she hasn't figured it till now, the only way she can is if a HUGE missing piece of the puzzle comes flying through the window and Harlot-slaps her.

I think eventually she'll use her fingers or toes to do the math and learn the truth. What will stump me at THAT point will be how could she learn Clark's secret when she is too stupid to "remember" what Lex has always been.
If there is any good to come from the Lexana, it could only be that the girl grows a brain and backbone, someday.:D

Maybe she knows more then she knows she just wants to bust on Clark and do whatever she can to break him so that its demeaning and have him confess his powers.
Like lana knows alot and she just wants clark to succumb to lana's wishes.
Gosh! It’s Evil/Sneaky/Smart Lana all of a sudden. Lex must have had a good effect on her. Now we know why she is with him.
Can this Lana solve Clark? No way.

What a Smart Lana would figure out:
Aliens from krypton can fly, supoer strength, the army and rest of the world is powerless against them, some are vulnerable to "green rocks" ( I say some because at this point it is impossible for her to know that they effect ALL of them) and they suddenly are "gone" when Clark is around.
Conclusion:
Don't mess with Clark and be thankful he is around.

I wish lana could be thankful just once. Just once appreciate Clark and the situation Clark is in and not her own self.

Oh, oh...you're in trouble now !
At the moment if she found out , she wouldn’t react well, she fears the aliens plus she is with Lex. In Reckoning she didn’t know everything. Now she would blame Clark for her parents’ death. Clark would have to convince her that he is a good guy and he is not like the ones she met ( Zod, Fine ). That may not be easy.

The romantic version:
Lana: you're one of them !!!
Clark: Yes, but I was raised here, you knwo that, I was sent as a child when Krypton exploded, My parents raised me, you know this, they loved you, I loved you, how many times have I saved you and Lex ?
More than you'll ever know.
Lana: Why didn't you tell me before?
Clark: This is the reason, the look of terror and hatred in your eyes...
Lana: I....
Clark: I know.
*flies away and gives her time *
Short version:
Lana: why didn't you tell me ??
you are one of them !!!!!!
* scream and yells *
Clark: I knew it.
* picks her up and whips her into orbit*
*Walks away mumbling...ungrateful...should have let her rot...never should have told her...knew it was bad idea...need some apple pie...wonder what's on HBO....*

Lana: "You are one of them aliens"
Clark: "Yes".
Lana: "Why didn't you tell me".
Clark: "Because the last time I told you, you left my dad's party for a drunken lex, and my dad died bringing you back to life. Thanks, but no thanks if you know what I mean about telling you anything."

That is what I think will happen too. It keeps Lana on track to her present situation, still in love with Clark, the girl left behind. It keeps Clark on track to his present and a platonic friendship with Lana (not in love with her).
All about Clark

Personally I think that Lana is so busy being bitter at Clark and distrustful of Lex, that she can't see the forest through the trees, so to speak. It's right there, and she's blind. It will take seeing something she wasn't suppose to see and then it will all fall into place.
well she certainly doesn't see through the forest or she wouldn't still be prying so hard.
By the time she finds out, Clark will have already decided to help the world and his teenage love will be a thing of the past. And her relationship with Lex will and has left scares on Clark that he wouldn't want to be with her anymore. You see it in his reactions when he's around her now a days.
It's Lana people - wake up! She hasn't figured out anything that she should have so why will this season be any different.
