I must say, when the Green Arrow fired the 2nd arrow at Clark, the arrow's velocity changed when Clark super sped out of the way. One second you see the arrow spinning straight and the next it's wobbling all over the shop and ends up hitting a security guard. Impressive fine detail.

I agree they did it perfectly and at the perfect time. I don't think they could have done it will more precise detail.

I LOVED that entire scene, from when the Green Arrow sneaked into the place to his escape. The Clark/Ollie interaction was spectacular. Both sizing each other up. And, the look on Ollie's face when Clark grabbed his fist during the punch, and then when Clark snatched the arrow out of the air.

Beautifully done--one of the best scenes in the series!

I liked parts of the epi too. did not like the Lex/Lana stuff. The special effects were some of the best we've had in recent times in my opinion. Too bad not many viewers saw it.

Clark should have grabbed it with his teeth, chewed it up and spit the tip back at GA, impaling his hood !

That was a fine moment. Attention to detail was definitely taken up several notches in this episode. Another one I noticed was the newspaper Oliver was reading at the end. It wasn't the same one as in the pilot episode, but it looked like one that would've been printed a few days afterward (i.e. Oliver's Dad being the missing CEO referenced in the pilot, instead of Oliver as people assumed before now)

Awesome episode, second best, after the premier.

But c'mon, the arrow deflecting the bullet?
Major league BS !
