So, where was Jimmy?
I didn't see him at the DP... So, he's not gonna be around for a few episodes again, and then they're gonna make us believe that he and Chloe are madly in love? Like the transition from 'sneeze' to 'wither'? As subtle as that? I mean, why do TPTB introduce so many new characters if they can't properly follow up on them? Like the GA suddenly was Lois' boyfriend today? When did that happen? Why do AlMiles try to write 2 seasons in one? Is S7 already cancelled?!? Please, dear writers, do a better job...

I know!!!!!!! They have introduced 10000000000000 new characters and then never ever show them again. And I kind of liked Jimmy's character!

lol but Chloe herself wasnt in the episode a lot...she just was a researcher as usual and you dont need Jimmy for that.

Jimmy? I really don't care where he was. I am not interested in that character at this point in Clark's life.

Half the people on this message board want the show to focus solely on Clark, the other half wonder where the bit players are when they are gone for one episode.

Jimmy makes the show weird. every time he's around both Clark and Chloe get all weird. It makes the show well, ......WEIRD

Agreed Ares, he's just another guest star meant to drub up ratings. Teeth comment aside though. I mean is there really a point to him being in the show? I mean if the show were called "Metropolis" half of this would make sense...but it's called...

Smallville: The Rise of Lex Luthor :rolleyes:

Yeah, but besides Clark I also care about good writing. Because the story of Clark and Lex needs to be written in a decent way...
So: I don't care about where Jimmy was, but I will be p*ssed off when he shows up again, a few episodes later, and we feel once again like we missed half the story (which must have happened in between episodes...).

I agree. I'm happy for Chloe, but I'm not really feeling the Jimmy Olsen character.

Yup. I could warm to him being in Smallville this early if I liked the character. But so far he's just been annoying.

after wither I felt the same way,Zod worked better imo for him.But the writers thro him in a few episodes later plannin to pickup chlimmy up as if its a serious relationship and it won't.I did feel like he served no purpose in arrow but a mention at the DP from chlark would have been nice.Its like whenever he's not on he doesn't exist,and from the spoilers it doesn't look like he'll be back til episode 9.Well that's a long time if there is no mention of him,so maybe they'll bring his name up in the next 2 episodes.But I agree what started out wit real potential looks to be on the edge of annoyin ppl,cause the change from Zod to wither wasnt great.And if that's a sign of what's the come when he does show back up then I see this plot(Love interest)endin quicker than I thought.Or jus they jus dont make chlimmy officially together one or the other.But the gaps doesn't bother me,its the big gaps and then jumpin ahead in the story without any mention of things offscreen.But we'll see

Lame, if you're going to bring Jimmy Olsen onto the show than at least have him walking around the Daily Planet.

Me too, the character is like a shadow, simply unnoticeable. As someone said before, its weird.

You mean at the DP? Their desks next to each other? I like the idea... That would be cool. Would make it more awkward for Clark to come and see her...
