I liked when that guy came, and hit the other guy that went flying through that thing in that place, and the girl was screaming something to someone.

I liked it when Lana was mysteriously knocked out, again, by one of the feathers on Green Arrow's Arrow.

The final scene b/w Clark and Oliver, for sure. The message Oliver gave about there being others besides loved ones who need saving was awesome- just what Clark needs to further develop as the future Superman.

I totally agree.
The last 5 minutes were super-important.
Much of the rest could have been cut IMO and was poorly written for the most part.

Yeah, I already complained about that in another thread <puke.>
Is there already a thread about that 'phenomenon'?
Otherwise we might have to start one...

ollie's speech to clark at the end was my favorite.
Great Superman Mythology and story telling right there.

The last scene was by far, the best. Lots of foreshadowing and the music was great.

When the GA called Clark Beavis. That was HILARIOUS! "Look around you, Beav. The days of the good guy running the show are over." Great line!

He was referring to "Leave it to Beaver" not "Beavis and Butthead"

Not sure I agree because Beaver was always the one getting into trouble and had to be contantly bailed out by his older brother. Beavis makes more sense in my mind...plus it clings to the humor the GA has been about in conversations throughout the ep.

He referred to Leave it to Beaver because he was illustrating the point that Clark was still living in the old days when the "good guys" were in control. He was making a statement about how things have changed and good and bad aren't always easy to define.

The GA was talking about Clark's comment about "I'm not sure the police would agree." This is all about being on the "right" side and not the wrong one. Why would he be calling Clark "Beaver"? That doesn't make sense. Unless he was referring to the police force as being corrupt. I guess that could be a possibility. I'm still leaning on the humor meaning rather than corruption.

Exactly, GA was making the point that he does not trust established authority to return the items he stole to their rightful owners. He does not agree with Clark's trust in the police because - as far as Queen is concerned - things aren't like they used to be in the 'good old days'.
Fav. Scene is like almost everybody elses Clark an GA talking.. An I liked the special effects with the arrows.

I thought the Lex/Lionel scene was great. It demonstrated how much like Lionel Lex has come, even surpassing him in some ways.

I loved the end scene with Clark and Oliver.
Oliver: "You have abilities I couldn't even dream of. And I admire the way you use them to save those close to you."
Clark: "But"
Oliver: "There's a whole world of people out there -- they need us. With your potential, you can't wait for them to come to you".
Great words not only for Superman, but for anyone -- whatever you've been given, you can do more than just deal with the small circle of people you see everyday.

That did kick a lot of @ss didn't it? :D
I loved that whole rescue scene. Green Arrow kicked butt and I loved how it looked like he was going to shoot Lois but instead leaned down and caressed her face.
Awwww.:o
I actually liked almost everything in this episode, even the Dark Lana scene was kinda kewl. I felt like I was in a moving comic book or one of the older animated supes episodes. Awesome.
The action was good.
The romance was good.
The dialogue was good.
My favorite episode in a long time.

That was also a good scene.
There isn't a single section of this episode that I don't enjoy re-watching.

My favorite scene was Clark/Ollie talk at the end and Clark stopping Ollie's attack.
As for stopping the bullet, I found that totally unbelievable. No one without superspeed can see the bullet well enough to aim for it and hit it. A total plot hole to me.

In the Lands of Lore RPG I had a time trial test I had to pass and had to guess at what time the target would fly by so my arrow would hit it. Took me about three hundred reloads to finally get it but I DID get it.
That example would probably be frowned on though huh? ;)

Yeah, I told my friend it was a fantastic episode, and that he should watch the re-run (since he's a Batman Fan), but then I remembered the Bullet/Arrow shot, and well, I kind of got embarassed...even though I didn't mention anything about it. Because unless there is some scientific way one of his arrows could do that......I will always consider this bullet/arrow bit to be absoultely absurd.
And I can't deny the fact that the last scene between Ollie & Clark can very well be considered the best scene. But even though.......there were many great scenes.....and my top four favorites of the bunch are in this order
1. Clark & Oliver facing each other with both their cell phones going off at almost the same time. There was just something really cool about that. All heros have their sources....don't they?
2. The arrow shot and & glide toward the other building......right past the moon no less : ) Freakin' Cool!
3. The End Scene
4. All the Chloe & Clark Scooby of course.....alright....so #4 is more than one.....but hey, all the Chlark Scooby Scenes were great to me!

Yeah, at least Chloe wasn't the one shooting the arrow, right?

I'm just glad that GA had the role of rescuing Lois, if Clark had turned up and kicked a whole lot of ass like we know he can that would have completely undermined GA...although, saying that, I really don't like GA being able to hit a bullet with an arrow. The speed an arrow flies at (and this is based on opinion, not facts, so correct me if I'm wrong) is surely a whole load slower than a bullet, so he must have anticipated the bullet being fired, shot the arrow to the exact right place to intercept the bullet. Ah well, guess he's just smarter than the BDA :)
