Personally I don't think Lex will mention anything unless he gets pissed off with Clark hounding. I see it as he would only do that to get back at Clark for something he thinks Clark is doing.

It'll come out somehow, I somehow think it'll be lana who lets it slip, or lets enough slip that Clark will figure it out.
At some point I think Clark will guess there having sex. I meant think about it he knows lana is living with lex, that she seems really into him, he's seen some of the makeout scenes and he knows about Lana needs so.... if I was in Clark's place that what I'd think. Maybe not right away like this but after while I'd think that.

Clark and Lex are pretty much enemies now. I don't see why Lex won't rub it in the next time Clark crosses the line showcasing his concerns for Lana towards Lex.
I mean why else wouldn't Clark want to be with Lana in the end of smallville? I see that as the final straw for Clark no longer having romantic feelings for Lana and that would be because she had an intimate relationship with his enemy, the guy that he tried to warn her about and that she should know better based on Lex's history.

But, Lex is masterful when it comes to words. So if Clark gets in his face (and Clark will get in his face...that's what the BDA does) then Lex will say something that isn't directly "I slept with Lana" but it will be heavily implied. When it comes to verbal confrontations, Lex can make surgical cuts.

As for telling her after the pointless death of JK, perhaps that would have been a smart move, though considering how when Lana heard Clark and Chloe tallking about killing Lex she went right to Lex, not giving either one the benefit of the doubt, this after Clark "died" in front of her trying to save her not too long ago, perhaps it was the smart move.
The again, maybe Clark confiding in her was what she always needed.

May I intrude in this? I tought about why couldn't he tell Lana afterwards again and again back when I was a Clana fan and was completely shocked with Reckoning and Hypnotic... And this is what I've come up with:
Clark didn't tell Lana the WHOLE thruth in Reckoning, did he? Did they discussed that he came in the meteor shower? No. Did they discussed about the "I killed your parents" issue? No. Lana said yes because she didn't know any of those things...
What did she know? Clark came from another planet, and possess super powers. And he didn't tell me before because he didn't know how I would react and tought that I wouldn't love him anymore given my past with aliens (see Visitor if you don't know what I'm talking about), and the fact that well, he's not human... :\ The end.
That was what she knew. During Reckoning, I was expecting that she would put two and two together and ask him all this questions, but the subject never come up. If he had told her the WHOLE thruth, it could have been a different story... This is why that reality wouldn't work... She would react different if she knew everything, but the key here is understand why he didn't tell her the thruth latter: he doesn't trust her.
Simple as that. She was already growing too close to Lex... He doesn't trust her as a person because I think he started to see the real Lana, the Lana that we're seeing now with Lex. Reckoning was his last attempt at making Clana work. It was one of this situations "now or never". By going back in time, he realised it was never. And as things started to progress, he became more and more concious that he didn't trust her, and never could. He could love her, but not trust her completely.
Vessel: "You don't trust me. You never trusted me, have you? I don't know how I could have ever loved you."
After Lexana, I see that Lana started to finally show her true self... And her true colors that Clark suspected, but was blinded because of love... Season 5 opened his eyes to a lot of things. In S6, I see him not exactly moping over her, but sad that the relationship and the girl he wanted for so long are gone. There's a difference now, that I think will reflect a lot when Lex tell Clark about Sexana. Clark will be angry, but not furious, kinda of a sad angry, if that makes sense...
Well, these are merely my thoughts... They are all debatable also, just wanted to contribute a little... ;)

Firstly, you are right, and allow me a moment to glow before I continue, because I have sence the first episode always claimed that Lana couldn't handle the truth about Clark, a fact which he at least on some level always knew, which is the reason why he had such a hard time telling her!
Secondly, yes, there was always some darkness in Lana residing deep inside, maybe not much but enough for her to make some questionable choices, to make 'gray' choices if you will! Being with Lex must feel freeing to soem extent, getting rid of the 'perfect little town's princess' image everyone else has been crowning her with and judging soly by the new episodes you can see a difference! Her attitude is darker, she is getting used to the lifestyle which comes along with being the better half of Lex Luthor, there is a certain 'I don't care about the other's' attitude residing in her now, and god only knows how it will develop further............
As for Lex, as much of a snake as he is, I doubt he will tell Clark of his horisontal activities with Lana, unless provoked by Clark! When his women are concerned, he prefers to be descrete, at least where the intimite details are concerned!
