I agree. I know he thinks Lex is involved in a lot of bad things, but I think he takes the paranoia a bit too far.

"Hmm somethings happening in the woods with plants, Lex just happens to have a green house!"

I mean, really, there's mistrust and then there's just wanting to believe Lex is behind everything someway, somehow. Either way, I would get tired of someone constantly coming onto my property and accusing me everytime anything went upside down in the state.

It's time for Clark to give lex a beating.....publicly....

I don't think he found he's backbone, it's just same old same old. Clark get high and mighty running to Lex's house and blaming him for all the evils in the world. If anything Lex had the backbone telling him he wasn't welcome there anymore.

And lol, Clark found SEEDS in a GREENHOUSE?! The hell you say! Poor Clark, still isn't very bright, is he?

They are both standing up to each other and I find that perfectly fine with me.

About Clark's suspicions, personally, with the meaning of the 2-headed snake in the caves, and feeling that Lex (not Lionel) is Clark's most dangerous person; I think it is perfectly understandable for Clark to consider Lex is behind stuff and personally I find that Clark being suspicious of Lex will keep Clark alive. He would be a fool not to, but Chloe was right that he's seeing something that isn't there. But Chloe was wrong about Lex in the eppy Cyborg. So Clark has to consider the possibilities.

Lex: The days of you barging into my house are over.

Didn't Lex say this a year ago, and yet Clark's still doing it?

i wish clark had more backbone and used his head once in a while. like solving a mystery or puzzle without superpowers.
i agree with above, it was lex using the backbone (and frontbone obviously)

Lord forgive me for that last comment.

Clark didn't have a backbone in this episode. To the looks of it Lex had more of a backbone than Clark ever did. I'm happy Lex put Clark in his place. So as far as Clark is concerned, he needs to stop interfearing in other people's afairs. He is not wanted.

This was already established and done in the Aquaman episode when Clark barged in. Smallville doesn't reinvent, it reiterates.

Yeah, maybe Lex should go look at some tapes to see how he got in.

Well Clark hitted Lex on his weakest point,He told Lex the same stuff Lionel told Lex in regards to Lana.So yes i kinda liked that.

Clark and Lex have broken up more times than Clark and Lana have.

I laugh everytime I see someone walk into some part of Lex's mansion and he's clearly not expecting them, working at his laptop or fencing etc...people just waltz in and out, yet the only person that feels all the heavy security is Lana, and she's actually living there.

Yes he sure did and that's one of the reasons I love this episode...Clark found his backbone and was agressive in his mannerisms and attitude in the scenes with lex and the PZ creature...I hope they keep Clark like this where he's stern and confident when trying to address people...

A part of me was really sad to see how these 2 best of friends have come to hate one another, but that's what adds to the dynamic and makes "Clex" scenes so great... For the first time in a while Clark owned Lex in an alpha scene and it was great to watch...
