I don't think clark deserves it. Him not telling her his secret does not equate to him deserving this. But oh well I'm glad he's away from her and him cause they both haven't been his friend for a while.

Anyone notice that lex said to lana he never asked anyone to move in. Didn't he ask DR Bryce or whatever her name was. He gave her a key or something? If true theres a lie straight to lanas face. And lana saying she wants to experience life? Uh didn't she do this already by running off to paris? The fact that lana is being written this way just to keep kristin on the show sucks.

If I lied to my girl as much as he's lied to Lana and kept secrets from her, and I had numerous opportunities to come clean with her and didn't and she left me and moved on with someone else then I'd more than deserve it.

Clark made his own bed here, now he has to 'lie' in it. ;)

I was surprised. It was a really tender moment. I like that Lex was open with her about how he doesn't believe in happiness. And how she was open with him about wanting to enjoy life...

It was really tender and sexy... there's just something about removing all the armor... :D But yeah... much better than I thought it would be. :)

I dont think this is a lie, actually - it's something the writers hoped we'd forget :rotfl: Kind of like the different stories we hear out of Chloe's mouth about her mother.

the scene just made me mad. Very typical behavior of Lana-remember how she tried to seduce Jason saying she was "ready" or whatever and then he turned her down.

Does Lana think sleeping with someone is the way to solve any questions about her relationship? Cause we all know Lex will take take take and til she's sucked dry. Then all she has to blame is herself when they end..please tell me they're going to end...

A lot of ppl seem to think Lana's being skanky, but the fact is when people are dating they eventually get it on.

I still don't see the Lexana chemistry, but I guess they like each other for now.

If anything Lana needs to be shot in the head. I hate her charcter in the show. Dont get me wrong, the whole arc they have going with her and Lex makes great enterainment for the show, but SHE'S the f'ng loser not Clark. Clark only lies to protect the ones he loves. If I was Clark, Id smack Lana across the face, tell her the truth and then kick the sh*t outta Lex to prove it. But thats MY incarnation of Smallville.

Lex did lie to Lana because he had also asked Dr. Bryce to live with him and she did.

And Lana, OMG, she thinks she will lose her identity with Lex, what makes her think this relationship is healthy. She goes from one bad decision to another and she recognizes it and still does it. She even admitted to knowing his past with women, eck. Lana's stupidity is so huge it borders on insanity.

Yes I agree but I also see there relationship as one that say You would see high schoolers would have. Shes going to end up being pregnant and its going to freak her out. Clark is going to end up questioning his relationship with her and everyone in his life even more. He will become more withdrawn and turn to his fortress as a place of comfort. I see lex will reveal his true self more and more to Lana. Lana most likely will blame herself this time and with all the stress she will have a miscarage by the end of the season.
