Lex and Clark go in more circles than Clark and Lana.
How many times do we need to hear 'This friendship is over!' and it's many variations?

He already said that in aqua.

He said the days of you walking in unannouced are over in Aqua....he didn't say "you're not welcomed here anymore" until tonight

I thought Clark wasn't welcome a long time ago, it's just that Lex is finally saying it. It's so stupid that Clark walks around The Luthor Grouds like he owns it. Lex may be evil but I'm happy he told Clark he not welcome and to get out.

^ Yeah, it was always rather rude of Clark. Except those times he was doing it to help someone. Like, the last time he was in that greenhouse he saved the girl from Craving

When i heard Lex say that I was like "There's the final straw" Now it proves how much Lex really hates Clark now! I don't blame Lex because Clark deserves it.

Clark has no business barging into Lex's house all the time. There was nothing "dark" about Lex telling him to get out. Anybody would have done that. Lex has actually been very generous by not calling the cops and having Clark arrested for illegal trespass.

I think that if this was season 1 or 2 then then, there would be a scene of clark in jail.( how many time was he arrested in the early season anyway) But this time he was on lex property in the green house looking for clue and blamng lex ,then being in lex house.
I think that it's one of those things that will never get solve or go away like lex security team.
Also I would love a scene where lex warns clark to get off his property or he will unleash dogs that spits out bee, like what happen to homer on the simpsons, but they are kryptonian dogs.

I was thinkin that I heard that line before from him,but good sumone brought it up.He sure did say it in aqua,so its nothin new imo.I mean lex got what he wanted which was lana so he has no use for clark,so I'm not suprise.Espcially wit clark comments to lionel last week about him and lex not havin anythin to do wit eachother, their friendship has been tainted since s4 finale/arrival.So the statements tonight is nothin new and weren't necessary to say either,he knew clark wouldn't show to the party or now that clark knows lana stays there will jus popup in the mansion. So clark pretty much knew he wasn't welcome anymore lol

Yea I hope the writers weren't trying to portray Lex as "evil" just by telling Clark he is no longer welcome there becuase in actuality Lex has been tamer than ever and Clark was the one intruding. On the upside hopefully this "satisfied" Lex is just the eye of the storm and much more devious acts will follow.

It's about time, actually. It's ridiculous that Clark walks around the mansion like he has every right to be there and like he owns the place. If Lex barged in or snooped around the Kent Farm like that even once, Clark would be mad as h*ll.

I can not agree more with everyone who thinks it is ridiculous that Clark just walks all over the manison. First of all it is completely rude. Second, you would think Lex would be like, "how do you keep getting in here" Third, is it possible for Clark to pay attention when he is snooping through other people's things so that he doesn't get caught. Hello, he has superhearing and he never uses it. He is constantly being caught in stupid, rude situations

"You're not welcome here anymore."
What? No more late-night rendezvous and Clark barging in on Lex? ;) I guess the Clark Lex love is officially dead.

This wasn't such a big deal, Lex will be saying exactly the same thing to Clark six months from now. The shock of their friendship being over "once and for all" gets boring after a while.

Within the same episode Lex tells Clark not to enter his mansion again and he sleeps with Lana. Double ouch for Clark! :p

This scene alone makes Wither worth watching ... if only to see Lex finally (or should I say, again?) tell Clark to stop presuming that he's got a free pass to roam freely around the Luthor grounds like he's on campus at CKU.
Maybe next time, we'll actually see Lex tell Clark: "You're just a visitor. Sign in at the gatehouse like the rest of the peasants!"
It's too funny to see Clark sticking his business in the greenhouse like he's on a field trip. You're trespassing, Clark!
Frankly, it's about time and long overdue. The grounds are open from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, kid. Your pass is revoked, at long last ...

Lex still would, only difference is Lex will lie about his reasons for being there.

God it's about damn time. Friends or not, I would have told him to quit wandering around my house like he owned long time ago. It would freak me out! With all of Lex's security, they can't stop one little farm boy? What's to stop him from watching Lex shower? He sneaks around the expensive security gaurds so efficently, who knows what he's been in. For all Lex knows Clark has his own Lex shrine built out of Lex's missing socks and underwear. Now that Lana's there, it's bound to get worse, Lex knows Clark has stalked her in the past. Only room for one stalker in this mansion! Out! Out! Out!
The Clex freindship has been dead since the end of season 3, all they did was yell at eachother in season 4. Well, Clark did the yelling and Lex stood there and took it as he had no balls for most of season 3. Lex even begs for forgiveness for actually having a sex life like a normal male. WTF?
Lex finally put his foot down in Arrival and told Clark that they were freinds so just tell him where he was during the meteor shower, Clark gives *blank face*... Friendship dies. Suddenly Lex freaks out and sends meteor freaks to test his powers and becomes all super evil in a few eps and tries to woo Clark's girl starting in Hidden and finally successfully snatching her in Fragile - directed by TW, lol.
They kinda play nice here and there but Clark being an emo can't get over what Lex told him in Vessal when he was drunk on power. Nevermind the part where Lex is ticked off that he found out Clark was going to kill him, nevermind the fact Clark doesn't really deny it, nevermind the fact that Lex used to think Clark had a strong inner core but now thinks its SICK that Clark lies to everyone on a daily basis... Nope, Lex the big meanie said he was only freinds with me because he wanted what Clark had. With freinds like these, who needs enemies?

"Out! Out! Out!" Too funny!
If Lex's voyeristic webcam-wired snooping doesn't make Lana scream 'harassment', it'll be Clark's constant free-roaming habits on the Luthor grounds. Lana will lose her mind with those two around!
The only one in Smallville who should be allowed to freely sniff the perennials around Luthor lands is Shelby.
"Out! Out! Out!" :rotfl: Lana loses whatever marbles she has left this season, thanks to them. It's time to renew those restraining orders, Miss Lang.

I can just imagine Lex stamping his feet and making little "shoo!" motions with his hands while saying that.
On a more serious note: Anyone else think it's interesting that Lex waits until Lana moves in before finally telling Clark he's not welcome there anymore? Especailly because in the first Lexana scene Lex actually bad mouth's Clark saying that Lana trusted Clark too much and he's tired paying for his mistakes? Could Lex be trying to turn Lana against Clark? Well, more than she already is, lol. He's gotta make sure it sticks this time.
