i thought it was pretty good but seemed like graphics from season 2 or something. if it lasted longer it may have been more complex.

It took me a minute to absorb those vines.
Them moving effect was fairly good, but Jimmy would be dead.

i think the scene in the hosptial effects were good and clark getting attacked by the escapee.

i thought parts of the effects were good others seem like they are using older prgrams to make it.


i did like the green arrow can shot tho that was cool but not sure if thats considered a special effect.

The effects in this episode were horrible. Just plain bad. Bad effects for an obviusly bad bad episode.

Actually, they changed to a cheaper effects company in like season 4 or 5. The budget of the series was cut so technically, the effects were better and cost more in the earlier seasons. They are a little better 3-4 years later just cause technology has improved but still a cheaper F/X house.

These in this ep though, worst yet.

maybe they used there whole cool efect budget on ZOD lol

clark trapped in the vines and the vines in the hospital i liked. they were pretty creepy. just the movements and stuff were off when it came to makeing them alive. a bigger explanation of why would have made the episode make more sense too lol. it was to create her own planet but more would have been nice. hope they dont have every phantom zone person come to earth just so they can make earth there home planet lol. first zod now her.

but hey no more green kryptonite effects lol.
