Anyone see a little Birds of Prey in this episode?

When I saw the place where Oliver resides, I thought it looked a bit like the Gotham Clocktower used in Birds of Prey - from the inside, and the outside.

Thoughts, anyone? :)

Yeah, it probably is leftover set stuff from Birds Of Prey. Smallville always wants to stretch their budget.

I thought that set looked familiar, I've only seen birds of pray once but still it looked familiar
