I hope this is the last time he gets shot and thrown around like this, at least for a long time. Lex Luthor is supposed to represent power and he's supposed to be getting more ruthless now, so HE should be the one pushing others around, not visa versa. The producers have got to keep with the theme of him becoming the villain of the story. In fact, that's the only thing Michael Rosenbaum is tired of too, Lex getting pushed around. "This guy has been too nice. It's time for Lex Luthor to start kicking some a**," he said in an interview.

What are you talking about? Lex couldn't prevent himself from getting shot. He was TIED up. There was no escape. What was he supposed to do?

Lex continues to get shot and kidnapped. I'm suprised he got shot by the second episode, shouldn't they save that for sweeps month? I was thinking though, hasn't Lex been kidnapped or held against his will at least one per season? No wonder he's paranoid!

Has anyone been keeping track of how many times Lex has been shot? Like officially (e.g. more than just being able to say "a heck lotta times"?)? I know Neal Bailey keeps track of the KO Count (http://www.supermanhomepage.com/tv/tv.php?topic=reviews/smallville-knockout), but it seems like he's been shot more than three times (as Neal records)... Or maybe those three times were so memorable it FEELS like he's been shot more? I don't know.
