Two (or was it three?) Phantoms, Raya, and Clark. The Phantoms will be major villains Clark has to contend with this season, Raya will help him in some way, probably in restoring the Fortress of Solitude, and Clark is our same old Super Clark!

I think she is one of those that escaped the Phantom Zone with Clark.

when the portal opened back up and Clark was shot back down to Earth, there were SIX other bolts that were shot off in different directions. Raya is one, so that leaves 5 Phantom Zone baddies still unaccounted for. Dave Batista is one. We could possibly have up to four others in the season.

Man, wouldn't it be sweet to see a battle between the young JLA and a PZ baddie? Doubt we'll be able to get that with the "budget cuts" but man, that'd be awesome!

No, she stated Clark's mother died because she stayed with her husband. THe reaction would be different as well. The kryptonians likely age differently. I know that Clark is basically immortal on Earth, and that the sun gives him his powers, but are their lives nearly immortal on Krypton as well? Anyway, she was a great character, beautiful, and I'd love to see a little more of her.

Me too and I know it's not possible but it would be cool if she was Lara aka Clark's mom. Just on a side-note I thought it was very decent of Jor-el to give Martha Kent respect in the FOS.

I bet that was Kara Zor-El! Just because she used a different name, it doesn't mean anything. Also, if she got sent to Earth like someone suggested, than the mortal wound she got would've become nothing more than a scratch because the power of the sun would've immediately healed her.

When Clark escaped the PZ, they showed 6 balls of light, I believe, leaving the portal so I think Raya was one of those and will be a key character in a future episode, along with those Phantoms that escaped as well.
