The plate has been used in other places. Based on those, I think it is MOH 945. It is definitely hard to read in that scene - the Metropolis background makes it tough, and it's seen at an oblique angle. (It also happens to be the plate on the truck that runs Jonathan down in the same episode, and it was on a car in an alley in Vengeance).
