I 've had an idea of this story for a while, so I'm posting a chapter of it:
"I can't believe we're getting married tomorrow", Lana said. "Me neither", said Clark as he nuzzled Lana's shoulder.
"We've been through so much", Lana said, smiling. "Ever since we were little kids".
"I've been in love with you since age 7", Clark said. "I know", Lana said.
"It would've been nice if my dad were to see this", Clark said, sadly. "He always knew I wanted you. And when I'm finally about to claim you as my own, he's gone".
"Clark, I know how you feel. My parents aren't alive. They've never even met you before. If they did, they would've loved you", Lana said.
-------------Clark and Lana, age 7-----------------------
A bully approached Lana. She had already begun crying.
"Whatcha cryin' for, pretty girl?", said the boy, harassing her. "Leave her alone", said another boy.
A boy with messy, black hair, who is also cute by the way, came to Lana's rescue.
"Clark!", Lana said excitedly, thankful that Clark came.
"And what are you, her boyfriend?", the boy said.
"No", Clark said. "Just her man in steel". The bully laughed.
"Don't laugh at Clark!", Lana said. "Aww, you two love eachother", the boy said.
"Well you can have her", the boy said, taking Lana's cookies.
Lana looked down at the floor. "Thank you, Clark".
"You're welcome", Clark said. "Do you want my cookies?", he offered.
"Yes", Lana said. "Thank you. You're my man of steel".
