Yeah, that's the biggest argument I here for the Mavs... I REALLY don't care anymore though (yet I still say Heat). Suns are out...:(

Heat in 6. Both teams have made their first franchise appearance in the Finals--both want it badly. I think Shaq wants it more.

i'd have to disagree. i don't see how shaq, an individual who already has three rings can want it as much as someone who has none. I say Mavs in six b/c they simply function better as a team.

I wanna say Heat, God I pulling for the Heat. The only thing keeping them from getting that NBA Championship in four games is Dirk. Ah, what the hell. I wasn't sure about them beating the Pistons and I said they'll win. Why not try this time? Heat in 6.

i think that the heat will beat themselves. antoine walker is going to take some shots that he shouldn't, so will payton, all the while shaq and wayde are both going to be open, of course they will both miss. then next time they will see shaq, dwayne, and williams open, so they'll pass it to williams who'll jack it up and miss. after this keeps happening shaq and wayde will get ticked off that they are not getting the ball and have a lousy game after they yell at all the guys on their team. i could be wrong, but i see this as an all too familiar script for the heat.

MAVS ALL THE WAY!!!
sorry... lol... i'm from dallas =) is it jsut me or does the heat suck miserably? its like mavs beat all the teams that could've beat them and now it's a breeze... minus last night's game, that was pathetic. DIRK WHERE ART THOU?! well savor it miami, this is the only win you're gonna get.

I really like both these teams, but I say Dallas in six. Heat can't keep up with the uptempo offense.

I like them both as well, but obviously being from the DFW area, I'm pulling for the Mavs. Haslem has done a great job of slowing Dirk down on the Pick and Roll, or Pick and Pop. He needs to catch on the run more. They also don't need to choke away a 13 point lead. They lost their aggresiveness in the final 6 minutes of game three.
That being said, it took a "Jordan-like" performance from D-Wade to get them to victory. I am not ruling it out, but he will have to do that for 3 more games with the Mavs going into another shell. Avery Johnson will not have that happen. Mavs in six.

Well this is where the discussion went! I've been trying to keep track in the NBA thread, and no one was responding...so this is where ya'll were! LoL
From the looks of it, it's anyone's game, the series is tied 2-2... personally, I think Dallas is the better team, but I'm still a little upset about them beating my home team - The Phoenix Suns.... Oh well. Jason Terry is a Mav, and I tend to root for former UA players.
Well, I was wrong. It was Miami in six. I didn't think they'd come back after the way they played in games 1 and 2. But D-Wade played like the all-star he is.
Now I just gotta wait for the draft on June 28th. (Big Raptors fan)
