Well Supes is in the PZ FOREVER, Zod and Lana kiss and take over the world, Lois and Martha are dead. Lex is umm..dead too?
What an exciting new spin to the Superman saga. Finally the bad guys win!
Now time for that Cyborg spinoff....

Troubles will cliff hangers if you don't get picked up the loyal fans are left with not knowing how you ended the show. I wish they would quit the cliff hanger season endings and just have a good ending.

Well, we'll know in a week whether or not SV gets picked up by the CW.
Let's just say I will be VERY disappointed if they don't.

It would be funny if Almiles always intended Superman to lose. I would be able to understand them then.

It will be awful if it doesn't get picked up. I hate when shows gets cancelled without some sort of conclusion. Damn networks - why can't they make decisions sooner!

Why on earth WOULDN'T they renew "Smallville"? It's like their only decent show (sorry WB, but I calls it likes I sees it!)...

yeah it's their most watched show so it'd be the oddest thing ever if they didn't. But if for some ridiculous reason they didn't, I'd seriously flip out.

It would suck if they don't continue on with the smallville series! It would be messed up to leave fans at such a disappointing cliffhanger

It would be as annoying as the mysterious baby left on Lois & Clark's doorstep on "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman."

The thing about Smallville is that most people watch for the series finale. Thats what I want to see. So help me God if they screw that up.

i for one would be surprised if they didnt pick up smallville for season 6. after this cliffhanger you're left to wonde rhow clark will get out of this predictament. but im mosre than confident they will get picked up. reason happens to be this was smallvilles most successful season ever; they drew in more viewers this year than anything and smallville has kicked royal but on thursday nights so expect to see how Clark will return to earth this fall folks.

Yeah, because nobody can just go and edit Wikipedia to make it say what they want it to say!

It said "To be continued". So I would assume they weren't lying ;)

It said "To be continued" on what turned out to be the final episode of "L&C"... The baby appeared and then we got a "TBC..." It SUCKED.

They will continue Smallville. There is nothing to worry about. IF CW has some kind of freakin stupid move and doesn't want it back, Al and Miles will just take it ove to FOX or NBC. Those two stations would be MORE than happy to welcome it. Smallville will not end here. It isn't happening.
Don't worry Steven DeKnight (co executive producer and writer for the show) said on his blog that there would be a season 6 even if it is not official yet. you can relax people

USA TOday:
May 4, Smallville was number 80
April 27, Smallville was number 88
I'll see what this Wednesday rating offers.
Keep in mind EVEN though it WILL get picked up, it may NOT be on WB but on CW. I don't know what night it would be on CW. I know the 'Supernatural' was picked up. I wonder what channel in my area will get CW? THe only independents left are a Channel 50, a Channel 36, and good old bankrupt KRon 4.
