No way. I would've thought this was the best...except there was too much Lana screentime/lexana screentime.

I loved it. It was a great season finale. I just thought it should have been 1-1/2 hours or 2 hours.

it for sure was not as good as commencement in my book.

my order goes:

1) commencement
2) covenant / vessel
4) exodus
5) tempest

the ending of covenant made the entire episode amazing. the beginning of it really wasnt to die for, but the end was just... no words.

the end of vessel didnt really pack the same punch as seasons past, but the fact that the entire episode was stellar makes up for that.

Yea, I agree. Covenant was the best. The montage at the end was brilliant! This was too much of a cliffhanger for my tastes. I expected to see Jor-El in human form too... oh well!

I think season 2 still had the best ending.

Here is my list in order from favorite to least favorite

1.) Vessel
2.) Tempest
3.) Exodus
4.) Covenant
5.) Commencement

Vessel- was amazing and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the whole episode. The ending was incredible! and now I can't wait for season 6 to start!

Tempest- Left off on an amazing cliffhanger and just the episode as a whole had a really nice feel to it. It still had the freshness that the entire 1st season had.

Exodus- Clark blowing up his ship, Lex getting married, Clark slipping on the red-K ring and running off to Metropolis, and Lex crashing in the ocean in his plane all made this an unforgettable season finale!

Covenant- A good episode, especially the ending which was very memorable but not really my favorite season finale.

Commencent- I really do not think this episode is as good as people make it out to be. It is still a good episode but it is just my least favorite of all the season finales for some reason. The ending was good though.

Terrible finale. When the two main characters, Clark and Lex, don't behave like they are supposed to, I can't see how this episode can be considered good.
