View Full Version : Lois GO AWAY!

As in go far away, the more I see her and Clark the more I get the sisterly feel. Her scenes with Clark just ruined the show for me and not because I don't like her, but because I know one day she will end up with Clark (if she's the real Lois) and that just gives me a really sick feeling. Okay I started watching during the 4th season and at first I thought Chloe was Lois(the first eppy I saw was Bound, and the first scene I saw was Chloe and Clark investigating some murder or what ever, so naturally I thought she was Lois(since I never read a comic or seen the movies or other shows, I just knew Lois and Clark were partners)) , then someone called her Chloe and I was thinking did they change her name or something, and then I saw EDLois(in another eppy) and I thought she was his older sister(they just gave off that kind of feeling for me). So since then I've always thought of her as his sister, and to me it would just be too weird to see them together (I really really do not want them to be together), that’s why I want her to go, so it doesn't happen(sister and brother ewwwww....).

P.S this is my 100th post, I feel so special.

You cant change what must happen likewise I dont think they will be pineing for each oher in smallville. Its like why he fell for her no their great love which beings in met. This just tells you why her and not some other girl, is how I see it.

Plus take into fact they writers have been waiting till the restriants of the new superman movie comes off of them. They have written them this way for so long becasue of the movie revival. Let them write as long as it is not romantic Clois like that of Met its ok.

If TPTB ever puts true Clois in SV, I think it will ruin it. Their relationship is too brother-sister.

Lois was cat all wrong. I agree Chloe would make a better Lois. The scenes with the Lois the chose are so unbelievable. There is no chemistry between Lois and Clark. It's never going to come close to Kristin and Tom.

What I can't understand is how clark could even think that Lois is the one that knows him better. It's just so wrong and out of character.

And yeah, I do usually feel a sister-brother vibe between those two. But can't say that I did in that scene because of that sentence. It's like they want to make lois the only one who understands clark, whereas it's just not true. If anything, there's so much she doesn't know about him, because of that more than once she misinterpret the situation.

My problem with the last scene was the foreshadowing and the fact that Chloe had to come in the room and Lois left. I am so sick and tired of the Chloe/Lois debate. It's getting ridiculous and the writers aren't putting a stop to it, they're just adding more wood to the fire.

Exactly. The fact that an anvil like that is supposed to be taken seriously is just laughable. I'm sure their goal is to keep us guessing, in light of all the Chlois we've gotten over the seasons. But they're not -- they're just making us angry. Make up your minds, PTB.

They do have a strong brother-older sister vibe and it isn't sexy -it's icky. The idea of them ever getting together skeeves me out.

I'm clinging to hope for Chlois to happen so this show will make some sense.

And yes, I agree, I'd love for EdLois to go away.

Although I think the line was a bit HEAVY, Clark does have reason to say this. Lois treats him like no one else on the show. She says things to him that no one else would say. Clark is the one who knows whether what he's hearing is hitting him at the core or not. This was his way of saying that those "unique" remarks from Lois have an effect on him that he likes.

I think that scene was great. Made me like the episode even more.

I didn't see it as sisterly/brotherly, but more as two people who may not have uinderstood each other in the beginning, but have now grown to become friends

it's nothing more than a progression in their relationship...
one little step closer to what their future relationship will be

I agree. I have totally felt at times that Clark and Lois have come across at times like brother and sister or an old married couple..lol. But that isn't what I saw last night. It looked like they were trying to move them past that....
