I did catch the look Clark gave Chloe and I liked it! But, also, did anyone catch at the end of the ep when Chloe interrupted the Clois moment and later on Clark says something to Chloe like "You didn't come here just for Lois' rum cake" (not exact words) and gave her that sexy smile of his? Did he say that? or was it just me? Then Chloe pops out with the Kryptonian 'ZOD' symbol. It's like now Clark is giving her hints and she's acting like she has no idea that maybe he is noticing her a bit more now? And she kinda changes the subject without realizing anything, not aware of his actions? Please, let me know if anyone feels this way or if it's just me:confused:

Chloe desrves better then Clark. He's still hung up on Lana (and will be till the show is over if not even after the show is over) and I think CHloe desreves better then a guy who doesn't see her feelings and worth and is hung up over another girl.

You know even though there was no kiss, I loved the elevator scene in Bound. It is one of my favorite Chlark scenes. It wasn't a kiss, but the way they just sort of looked into each other's eyes for a moment, that spoke volumes. Better then any forced or uncomfortable kiss...

Gosh, I hadn't realized that it was an annual tradition. It would be a shame if they missed it this year.

I don't see why they couldn't have a Clark-Chloe relationship. There was always a college girlfriend between Lana and Lois in the comics. Sure, she was a mermaid, but that is hardly important. It would be something different for the actors and it would give Chloe something to do other than being a plot device.

Plus, the poor girl has been really loyal to him for years. You know that she doesn't get him in the end, so why not give her what she wants for a while before they move on?

If they do it in S6, I hope they leave the whole 'no sex when Clark has powers' thing in the past. They are young adults, so sex is a pretty normal part of a relationship. She knows about his powers. She knows that he worries about it. If they are delicate, then TPTB could put one of the lamer ideas they have run with in the rear view mirror with a few post-coital lines from Chloe.

Hard to think of a better contrast to the Clana than that.

I really am not too sure whether a Chlark relationship is good for Chloe. She is obviously so in love with Clark and praying for the moment when he would reciprocate her affection. If they do end up being more than just friends in SV it would mean the world for her and her whole world would just collapse utterly when Clark ends up marrying her cousin instead, as is his destiny. That would just be too cruel for our lovable Chloe. With a history of mental instability in her family line, the consequences would be unthinkable. No no, this should be allowed to happen to CS.

The destiny thing is easy to over-state. Sure, they hit you over the head with it sometimes, but had always assumed this was the back-story to the first "Superman" and that was more or less the destiny they were refering to. Well, in the S4 premier Lois shows up and that theory is out the window.

Don't get me wrong, if this doesn't end up with Lois and Clark in the Daily Planet with Perry White and Jimmy Olsen (and maybe Cat Grant and Steve Lombard for us old-time Superman fans), I'll be annoyed. However, other Lois, Clark and Lex, none of the characters have real set-in-stone futures. Lana has been seen doing dozens of different things in the various comics. So has Pete and Mrs. Kent. Chloe and Lionel Luthor are brand new.

There is no reason a relationship with Clark has to be a negative catalyst in her life. In fact, I think most fans want to see her happy. It would give her more screen time to fill out some of her interests other than becoming a reporter, which given the fact that she isn't in the classic Daily Planet cast might not be a bad idea.

I hate the Chloe=Lois idea.

They haven't done a great job with Lois, but ED does a pretty good job with the part. You believe that she is a young Lois Lane. She has good chemistry with TW, so it seems like they could fall in love in the future. The only problem is that she has nothing to do in Smallville.

Chloe is a distinct character both from the SV Lois and every prior version of Lois of which I am aware. Chloe is a lot more nurturing than Lois Lane for one thing. For another, she is much less of a risk taker. Almost every version of Lois that I have liked had her being very butch in the workplace. That is a 180 from Chloe's basic personality.

It would just be fun to see Chloe and Clark as a couple for a while. AM plays happy really well and she could probably be sexy with the right actor opposite her. She and TW have a nice chemistry in their scenes together. It is too late to go back to the Clana and it is too soon to go forward to the Clois. The Lexana has been hor-ri-ble. The show needs ships and it wouldn't "violate the cannon", so why not?

Have Chloe use the identity "Lori Lemaris" while investigaing something, or dress up like a mermaid at a costume party the night she and Clark first hook-up. It would be fresh and could be fun for a while. It would also be a little lightness to contrast with the darkness that is coming with Lex.

I loved the Chlark in "Oracle" and I hope TPTB are smart enough to give us the season five complimentary Chlark kiss. I mean, what would the season be without the complimentary kiss? There was some great Chlark this season, and when Lois started going on about the whole bike/harley thing I was thinking "Lois is the harley," at first, but then I realized that SHE had to have been referring to chloe as Clark's harley, and I was like, "Come on, Chloe, walk in, walk in!!" and then she did!! Ah, another lovely Chlark scene. I definetly saw the Chlark in this episode. Whether or not it leads anywhere, I don't know.
