Look we get it. You're trying to fit all the progress you HAVEN'T made with Lois' character over the past season into a few key dialogue scenes of a few episodes. Just...stop dropping things on my head. It hurts.

But it might've been an anvil for Chlark as well. After all, as soon as Lois says that, Chloe shows up and Lois makes a quick exit to leave Chlark alone.
My guess is that they are hedging their bets with Clois and Chlark because they haven't decided where to go next season. As long as he's not with "the bike", its all good, IMO. :D

OH yes, that part was clearly Chlark. But the nonsense about EDLois "knowing him better than anyone", as well as all the other pseudo-sage advice she'd been dispensing for the whole episode was what grated. It was a ripe old piece of fruit straight from the Retconning Tree.

Lois would definitely think of Chloe as a Harley. I just realized -- is that an insult, calling Lana a bicycle?
Anyway, we'll see what TPTB decide to do.

I did think it was odd for him to make the statement that sometimes she knows him better than anyone else... Lois has been MIA(background) for most of this season. When did SHE get so much insight? LOL While I understand they're making up for lost time time, that one came out of nowhere.

I don't think it came out of nowhere...
Lois has shown the same kind of insight on more than one occasion with more than one person (Lana immediately springs to mind)
granted we don't get to see it alot, but it's there :D

I don't think there's any "Chlark". Lois knows that Chloe likes him though, so she would try to set them up. I doubt it will go anywhere though. People who think so are just people who read too much into things.

I'm not a shipper, but people thought there wasn't any "Lexana," too. You never know where TPTB are going to take this show.

Well the Lexana was obvious since season 4. Chlark is a card that's already been played and at this point the two of them have a healthy friendship.

A healthy friendship that if Clark become more emotionally available Chloe would happily turn into hot make out sessions in the loft. So the Chlark possibility is there. But I can see that they're currently straddling the fence on who Clark's next romantic interest will be.
