I don't think the telescope was broken like Clark said. After being all heart-broken from seeing Lana and Lex kiss, he realized there's no point in having the telescope anymore. It all started with him using it to spy on Lana in season one, but now that Clana is over, the telescope serves no purpose. (I'm pretty sure people are going to say that he can see shooting stars or something with it, but cmon, he's not a lil boy anymore)

yup, note that he especially packed it up right after Chloe suggested that he move on his well...great symbolism in this episode.

Yea, I thought that was a great way to realize that Clark is finally moving on.

I dont think you all got it. He said "it doesnt work anymore" not "its broken"... He used to use it to look at lana. So the fact that she isnt living there, he gets sick to his stomach thinking about her and lex, and the fact that they are barely friends now all contributed to it not working

Way too many Freudian references: "Packing the telescope" and "my telescope doesn't work anymore".

Sorry, sorry, Just my own sick imagination.

Well, I hope this is a sign, because the more that they destroy Clark with his "lil boy" emotions, the more they're destroying his character. And my god, stop with the "I'm just trying to protect" line!

Just glad that the "stalkerman" we heard spoilage of hasn't really happened. Remember the spoiler talk that Clark was supposed to smash his telescope. I'm very happy he just packed it away. I hope Clark can continue to be as mature as Chloe has been now that he is in the same situation. Time will tell.

Clark becoming stalkerman hasn't happened yet.
