i used to start a bunch of threads but recently they started sticking the episode topic up at like midnight so i cant do anything asleep. and most of the people up around that time are in cali or something so its only 9 there.

anyway the graphics will probably be like the other episodes. i think some of them may be good depending on how its done. i doubt we will see any new powers tho.

I think that bullet catch to save Lex in the hospital was the last SX this episode, it was a good blur SX better than a slow motion as that was alreayd played out in the opening scene when Clark saved Graham from the truck. I have heard people say how can Clarklaunch off that bench the bench would be toast but I think he just used it as a leveler since he took off from the cement he just used the bench to align himself so he could get on the right directional line to save him. Good SX episode overall.

I had always thought that Clark isn't necessarily applying more backward force to move faster...he just moves faster. So if a human jumps off the bench, Clark does it the same way...just faster.

Awesome invisibility effects. And that sequence in the beginning where he jumped into the Metropolis street to save Graham's life.....awesome!

It was kind of cool the way they made the jump look, and yes I think that he used the bench as a final jumping off place as he was moving petty fast when he touched it.

Most of the special effects where nice I myself like to see more of then.

Loved the FX myself. And I especially like that TPTB have stopped showing us the inners of Clark's ear when he super hears something. OK, we got the point, he CAN hear a pin drop, you don't need to hit us with a pin...a rolling pin...everytime you're depicting the ability.

When Clark saved Graham it was lame. It was nothing new. They could have approached it better. The angle they showed on the trailer was more dynamic, where the camera was behind Clark. I don't know the whole rescue and scene should have been bigger and more dynamic. I wasn't impressed.

While not entirely new, I liked the almost-flight scene. I also liked how Chloe was there to witness it, I think those two have incredible chemistry.

Nothing to really write home about on the special effects, and me thinx the cloaking (invisibility) effect was used much better/on display much better in the movie Predator (with Ah Nold, now the Governator of Caly-fornia).

The Special FX were better last year.

The FX are always kind of lousy near the end of the season because they're saving up money for the season finale.

I loved the jump, though. I'm sorry I had seen it so many times before the show.
