I really think this episode showed the best performances by both Lionel and Martha. I mean, we actually saw the MB cry! And Martha is always great. This episode might've been a ripoff of Saw, but I wouldn't want it any other way. It was an excellent episode.

Yes, it was great to see John Glover and Annette O'Toole get the A plot. They are very talented.
