Sure I don't KNOW IT, but it seems possible, and it would throw everyone off.
Mabye it's just Jor-El coming back, but why would Jor-El even be wanting to come into Clark's life at THIS point in time?

Doubt it. Seems like Jor-El is coming and going as he pleases, hence the seizures.

i think jor-el is coming back because he knows something is up like when he knew aeyther and the other kryptonian came in the end of season 4. he knew they were coming and now he knows that brainiac and zod are doing something to kill clark and take over the world so he is coming to help clark and save him

Yeah I think Jor-el has got to be involved. While Lionel's death would be interesting and make some sense (he can't stick around forever) I don't think whatever he was writing was a final message. It was probably more of a part of a journal or something he has to keep records. With all of that extra information he has running around his brain since season 4, there's no way he can hold it all together. It's probably a kind of side effect that goes together with the headaches.
