He reminds me of everyone you guys mentioned. He's like a "cheap" version of Prof. Chaos imitating Dr. Doom imitating the computer lady from Superman III. Oh and he has a little Jigsaw in him as well. He's sort of a mutt of all four characters! lol

hillarious! he's the spawn of those all characters! Don't really want to picture his conception though!
