I don't recall any hype for this episode. It surprised me to say the least (in a good way). I don't like hype though. The last episode that got some major hype was Tomb and that was such a letdown!

It didn't live up to the hype because Lionel wasn't in the episode. They tricked people with the trailer. As for Lexana, nothing really happened, it was a repeat of Reckoning.

I really wasnt feeling this episode that much. but i still was a good epi

It was pretty bland. It was a good story, but when I watch Smallville, I want to see stuff surrounding the Superman mythos. We haven't had much of that lately. Seems like all of the latest episodes have been filler until the season finale.

^^^I hope not. I'm hoping there'll be some more Superman mythos stuff before then. We've been awfully patient this season.

Well, the Lexana hype was much ado about nothing, but I ended up liking the A story in this episode far more then I thought I would. Clark around Maddie was so nice. Like a little bit of sunshine in a very dark season.

The only foreshadowing I caught was Maddie said I do not want to be like my Father(while holding the shards of glass around her fathers neck)....Hence Clark not wanting to be like his Father....

It was sort of a filler epi, not as much action as I like and no storyline really moved along...

It was Tom's first so they just focused on a simple story....good Job Tom!!

i liked the episode, i found it very good, they did trick us with the trailer because i thought the MB was going to be in it. but all in all great job tom!!

Well this episode was good. But next week looks very intersting.

well a lot of ppl were fantasizing over the lexana 'part'
