speak spanish?

I didn't get what he said to the little kid with the toy.

The only thing I could understand is when the kid was guiding him through the woods and he said "ahi está el señor Fine?" (is Mr. Fine there?)

I thought it was funny that the kid spoke spanish in an american accent.

Yeah, I thought it was strange that Clark was in another country and yet, when he spoke English, everyone understood what he was saying....

And then there was Fine in the previous episode speaking Spanish, and again, everyone understood him. Funny!

what DOES that taco bell saying mean?
anyway, back on topic...
all he did was point to a picture, so people got the idea. and also he gestured his hands when he asked the kid for the rock/ship/thingy.
but i think that he did ask one person "have u seen a professor fine?" and the person just laughed and shrugged their shoulders. i think that meant they didnt understand?
