Probably because Jor-el and Lara are mainly abstract beings to Clark. They are his birth parents but have never really played a parental role in his life as he knows it.

They're in Krypton Heaven. Clark's on Earth, so he went to Earth Heaven.

Because JK was the person he wanted to see more than anyone else of course.

Clark only seeing Jonathon is simliar to The Death and Life of Superman Novel based on the comics when Superman died. The roles are reversed though Superman is dead and Jonathon is having a heart attack. As he's on the other side he only sees Clark. He tells Clark that he doesn't belong there and that his destiny isn't fulfilled and the world needs him.
As far as Clark only seeing Jonathon and not Jor-El & Lara, I think it goes with who you want to see the most.
And I don't know why but for some reason I really wish that Clark would've talked to Ryan also, saying something similar to Jonathon, "Go back Clark, you promised me you wouldn't give up."

Well they did make it sound like it took Lana a couple of tries before she "found" her parents in the afterlife, and the time we saw was the first time she was actually able to talk to them. Clark and Lex just got super lucky or maybe Pa Kent and Ma Luthor both had very important messages that needed to be passed on to their sons and were waiting. Jorel and Laurel both probably knew Clark would take the news better from Jonathon since Clark was more closely bounded to him or maybe if Clark had taken the "chemicals" over and over like Lana did, he could have eventually seen them.

He should've seen his mom. Never seen her. Bo only died a while ago, he still has memories.

He saw Bo because Bo needed to tell him about Lionel just like Lex so his mother because his mother had to tell him about the path he has chosen. Besides if he really wanted to talk to JE he could go to the fortress.

Personally I thought Clark would die foreal or h ave his blood boil up because kryptonite was injected into him... he's not like Lana and Lex because he's actually ALLERGIC to that stuff.

Too bad Jonathan didn't give him clues on where to find Brainiac.

I think Lana should have seen Tina Greer and had a nice conversation. I think Tina would get Lana to change her lifestyle if you know what I mean. I'm sure there would be a lot of hot Chlana action in the dorm. Yum! They would probably be wondering why Clark's visits would become a lot more frequent.

Clark wouldn't have needed to see Jor-El since he already *sees* Jor-El every once in a while whenever he pops up at the Fortress of Solitude..
Clark: "Hi dad, err Jor-El!"
Jor-El: "Kal-El, my son, what has brought you here? You never visit me unless you want something."
Clark: "I know, I'm sorry, but I need your help regarding a major problem I'm having with Lana. Is there any way that you and I can work out some sort of weekly arrangement where you strip me of my powers once a week so that Lana and I can, ummm, you know." *smiles and knudges one of the nearby crystals*
Jor-El: "..................."
Clark: "Jor-El??"
Jor-El: "........................."
Clark: "Dammit! Why do you always do that?? You ALWAYS shutdown whenever I bring up the issue of sex."
Jor-El: "......................"
Clark: "Fine, have it your way!" (Clark superspeeds back to Smallville)
(Jor-El chuckles)
