I think we all set ourselves up for this. We all know its kind of a pg-13 show. but yet we think that its going to be really hot. IM gonna use that line on my man tommorow and see where it gets me.

I think that the only way this show would have been redeemed would have been if he actually went through with it and we finally got the answer to whether he could have sex or not.

Otherwise, it was totally pointless & reminded me of all the FOTW episodes.

People do not all turn in for skin. I know this is a business and ratings pay the bills. But so does good stories. Superman on Baywatch does not sell tickets.

Meh, it didn't really bother me.

What does bother me is that SV tends to show sex scenes between people that we don't necessarily care about (Facade) or with the main characters with FOTWs (Obsession, Bound, Devoted), yet doesn't bother to show those with the people we do care about. We heard from the grapevine about Chloe's first time, and the Clana thing wasn't really anything. I'm just sick of them showing these sex scenes with oneshot characters.

Maybe the fact that my parents were in the same room took away from the sexiness factor...I don't know, but I left with a sincere feeling that the whole scene was pointless. Lana could have just as easily caught them in a major lip lock - like Lois did - and it would've had the same affect on her and effect in regard to the relationship...I think that the writers wanted to show some skin - however needless and UNsexy as it was. (I'm not complaining Tom Welling's fun to look at, but it was just ridiculous! "That's a risk I'm willing to take"...whatever... :rolleyes: )

There was really nothing risque about it. Clark was down to his boxers, something we get to see every 6 or 7 episodes anyway and speaking as a guy i want to see less of it. The actress playing Simone was hot but it would have been better if they had actually done it then Clark would have something to regret rather than "despite me being hypnotised still nothing happened"

Dagnamit that wasnt sex, not even close. And I was disgusted when I saw Simone's butt in a thong, I dont know why Im not a prude. I also didnt like the Alicia and Clark scene in Vegas there was too much porn cliche's in there with all the ripping and kicking with the heels.:rolleyes: I wanna see some actual action going on like what was on Buffy, then again they didnt get hard core until it moved to UPN.:(

I think the sex scene (and the kissing by the fence, for that matter) was completely uncalled for. It's stuff like that that led me to dissing Smallville for 2 Seasons!
