They are clips with Tom Superman and the Titans. The first it is Brothers under the sun, the second it is a zapping with the characters of the Smallville series and these Titans. Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg (friends with Superman) and the angel of VEAGEANCE, it is not really his friend but it is Titan of the story.
I did it for a friend who speaks French, it is for that which has subtitlings. I share that with the fans of Superman Smallville.
