Funniest SV Moments

Seeing as i can't find that thread, im sure it was here a couple of weeks ago........i just came up with one cos i was talking to someone about this topic the other day.

Most people seemed to go with Clark saying "Crowns mine *****" when he's possessed by that prom queen if i remember correctly.
But i still think that when alicia and clark are gettin it on when she gives him red-k, and when she said those words every man wants to hear "im still a virgin"......the way clark responded to that made me laugh...alot. That was funniest for me, followed by the prom queen one, then closesly followed by when clark is lionel.....and he says to martha "i need a hug". the way he said it was quite funny too.

I love that scene from Obsession too! But I love when she say's something like, " I want this to last forever" (referring to the relationship itself) and Clark responds with "I'm not sure that's one of my powers but I'll do the best I can" (referring to....well you know!). That always makes me crack up. And from Unsafe when the minister asks Clark if he'll take Alicia and he responds, "Hell yes!" Another classic IMO. Then there are many moments with Lois.

I thought it was funny in Hidden when Clana woke up together and tried to sneak out without being seen and then when Chloe came in she was like "I just seen Lana leaving in a hurry, what would she be doing here at 6 oclock in the..." and then she sees Clark sitting on the stool with Johnathon standing over him and she goes "Ohhh!.

That made me laugh.

I have a dramedy scene for you that I loved. It's in the season 3 finale when Lionel is being taken into the prison by that agent who he was initially working with to get information on Clark. The agent says to him "You're a piece of work. If you haven't noticed, you're a hop skip and a jump away from death row." And then Lionel says "This is just an inconvenience, I'm gonna be out on bail in a few hours, and then I'll expect a complete file of everything you've gathered on Clark Kent!"

It's just funny how Lionel was going to prison and he still only cared about getting the truth about Clark, everything else wasn't a problem to him. He still thought he could overpower someone in prison. Funny stuff.

The scene in Commencement when Jason comes driving up in the truck with the gun after getting shot and falling off a cliff in the previous episode. Made me laugh when I first saw it, and still makes me laugh to this very day.

Also the scene in Phoenix when Lex and Helen are fighting over the gun on the plane and they accidently shoot the pilot. That entire scene is like something out of a bad soap opera and it just makes it that much goofier when they shoot that poor guy. Okay, so I'm probably the only person that thinks that scene is funny, but I can't help it. Makes me chuckle every time.

Oh, and this is sort of mean, but the scene in Fever when Chloe's reading that sappy letter to Clark and he mumbles, "Lana". I laughed and laughed!

The funniest moment in Smallville history for me was Clark Dancing in "Spell" but I also thought that a line from late season 1 from Clark to Lana was close. It went something like this. Clark: That's funny Chloe gave me that same advise about (thinks about what his saying) Some else.

There's also a scene in X-ray when Jonathan holds his pocket knife in his hand, and Clark has to guess where it is. It goes something like this;

Jonathan: Ok, son, which hand is my pocket knife in?

Clark: Your left.

Jonathan opens his hand and shows his pocket knife

Jonathan: You could see it, b/c you concentrated

Clark: No, actually, you always have your pocket knife in that pocket.

The expressions made me LOL :)

The funniest ALL-TIME scene for me was in 'Oynx' when Lex was hitting on Lana. She knew *something* was up, but didn't know what. And when Lex said: "Well, I do like them fiesty" makes me crack up right now. :rotfl:

I wouldn't consider this the funniest moment, but I was just watching "Phoenix", and Lex and Helen are on the plane and he's making all those sardonic remarks to her about how she shouldn't drink too much, she wouldn't want to fall asleep, you might just wake up to find the pilot gone. And Helen answers and says, "Lex, this isn't funny." And he answers, with an ironic chuckle, as if he generally finds it hilarious, "Guess you had to be there." Michael's so brilliant with the look on his face.

I know its not an episode but i loved it so much i thought it deserved a mention.

On the season 2 dvd boxset theres a dvd with out-takes on it. Theres a bit where lex is dancing round on the plane to some funky music and sits down and picks up a glass of champagne and drinks it provacatively. I thought it was hilarious and couldnt stop laughing and watching it. All the out takes are good, defo worth getting the boxsets just too see them.

When he's having a drink and sees a tractor fall outta the sky, then clark just appear. could imagine how he feels....

That whole episode was funny cos of him. The actor who plays Perry i forget the name but he's so good at playing that character...he did it in X-files too.

yeah. they were mocking austin powers. I got a kick out of that too, especially becasue I'm an Austin Powers fan. He makes an entrence to music like Austin does :)

There are so many funny SV Moments! Just in Reckoning after Lex tries to kiss Lana and she pulls away, I laugh when she says,

" Ok, I'm gonna go, like, now"

Lionel in Clark's body: "It's ok, Lana. You're young, vital, you have...needs. Right Coach?"

I can't believe Lois' wonderful reading of "Look at his face" didn't get mentioned until the fourth page of this thread. Truly, Erica Durance has great comedic instincts.

One of my favorite scenes is the one where Jonathan (under influence of the Nicodemus plant) is chasing Martha around the kitchen while Clark watches. Another is Lois' "breath mint" line (to A.C.) in "Aqua". But then, I'm easily amused; I still chuckle over the scenes in the pilot where Pete and Chloe are betting on (or against) Clark.

I love the one from Exposed as well. Most of the funniest moments are the little awkward ones like that, another favourite is in Devoted, when Chloe is the cheerleader and keeps stalking Clark around!

Spell seems to be one of the more hated episodes Ive noticed, but I quite liked it! Quite a special one for me I suppose, as it was the first episode I saw in full, and it was enough to hook me! I do like most of the episode, especially the little exchanges between Lana, Chloe and Lois when the witches inhabit them.

Another one that hasnt been mentioned I dont think, I like it in Transference, when Martha come sup to the loft to see Clark/ Lionel, and he wants a hug! He looks like a great big baby, then it sets off his heat vision! :rotfl:

A bit harsh from them I think, every season of every series ever made will always have the odd filler episode. I suppose that one was quite important to the overall storyline of season 4 (since it was the first time Lana was possessed by Isabelle, and as silly a storyline the whole thing was, this episode was pretty vital to it) I dont know, the whole of season 4 seemed pretty unpopular, I generally disagree. Not quite the standard of seasons 2 and 3, but I liked it. They introduced Lois at the right time I think, she was behind a lot of the best things in season 4, brilliant character.

Maybe Im just biased towards season 4, because its the one that introduced me to Smallville, so it cant have been that bad for me!

Well my first impression of that season wasn't very good... becuase of Lana being a witch woman and I had zero interest in the stones, Jason and his mother. But the final few episodes were fantastic and tied everything up really well and won me over.

I'm just starting to re-watch season 4 and I'm loving it!

spell is the most hilarious episode ever i love the "virgin" hair part, clark's amazing dancing, lois chloe and lana as witches, and when jonathon finds underpants in the barn and clarks like "it was magic mom" and marthas like "i bet it was"

i like the part in rush where bad chloe tells clark and pete to head for the talon and they start making out and lana sees!! i was laughing cause cause i hate lana but yeah i know its kinda mean lol

I liked when Clark goes to Chloe, in Sneeze, and when he tells her he sneezed, he doesnt realize she is not getting the big deal, but right before he tells her " I sneezed" he turns around like making sure no one is hearing, but given that Chloe has no idea of how much of a deal it is, it cracked me up, when she turns to see him and he nods with a serious facial expresion, and then the sneeze, and also the joke, the whole scene made me laugh.

Also in Rage when the doctor asks Lana if she has fainted, I laughe My A$$ off. This is how it played in my mind

Doctor: " Have you fainted before??"

Lana: " Yes"

Doctor : "How many times??"

Lana: "well doc, give me a range here, I mean you have to be more specific,if we go back 5 years... about 30 times, but I would have to chek that number with my friend Clark, just to be on the safe side"

Doctor: "So if it happens so often, why after all those times, all of the sudden you decided to get a check up??"

1. Lana and Clark slept together and woke up in the morning getting caught by the M and J. Martha said" tell me at least it's safe." J repeated," SAFE?"

2. JK tested CK's x-ray vision ability asking what it was in his left hand. CK said" knife" and JK opened his hand confirming that his son was right, lokking very serious. CK said he knew because he always kept the knife in his pocket.

I just enjoy that JK has always an example of a strict father but somehow turned out to be quite funny sometimes.

I love when Clark totally blows off Lex when something obviously false comes up, like when Dr. Virgil Swann sends him that envelope personally delivered at the hospital infront of Lex, and he goes "oh must be junk mail" HAND DELIVERED.

Or in Talisman when Lex looks visibly frustrated "THESE TERM PAPERS YOUR ALWAYS WRITING." made me laugh out loud.

He also gives a very comical look in... I think its Hidden, when Lionel comes back from being in the Jor-El "coma."

The episode where the funny Clois shower scene took place was called "Fade". Boy,I would've fainted if I accidently saw them together. I had the same reaction just like Martha and Jonathan. They caught Clark with Lana in bed,now with Lois in the shower by accident?!!!! First in the 'Crusade' episode,Lois found Clark naked in the field,when she first met him,now it's his turn to he see her in the buff! I wonder how did that happen for all of them to be so surprised and awkward! But,I loved it! I laughed till my stomach was hurting.:D

Off the top of my head:-

Clark dancing on the stairs in the barn in 'Spell' ALWAYS cracks me up without fail and Martha's reaction to the bra that Jonathan finds is a classic moment. I love when Clark goes "It was magic" and Martha's reply ''I'm sure it was''.

In 'Spirit' when Clark is possessed by Dawn's spirit and he says to Jonathan something along the lines of ''That's not going to happen Mr Kent' also makes me laugh. The tone of Clark's voice when he delivers that line.....lol.

One more that makes me laugh is the morning after scene for Clark & Lana when Martha goes ''I hope you were safe'' and Jonathan and Clark both look at her at the same time and the Clark looks down and grumbles ''Yeah Mom'' all shy and totally embarassed.

There was one episode in season 1 or 2 where lana says something like "hey clark how about a study date later" and then clark hears an ear peircing noise that only he can hear and almost falls over in pain, and chloe says "I think clark hates that idea".
