"Premature combustion, that's one I didn't need to know about." Chloe to amnesiac Clark after he shot fire out of his eyes upon seeing Lana.

The whole conversation at the DP between Chloe and Clark about Clark's sex life (or lack thereof) with Lana, but especially the line, "Well, I guess this officially makes me your Krypto-hag."

Again, Chloe to Clark, "You mean this guy can fly!!? Clark you've got to get on that one!"

Chloe to Clark in Mortal: "I didn't know super-whining was one of your abilities."

Clark to Lex in Wither (?): "So now even your plants have hidden agendas, too."

Then we have that entire exchange between Jason and Lana in Crusade...
Jason: Okay, my girlfriend invites me to some old crypt for some brass rubbing. I thought it was code for something else.
Lana: Mr. Teague, you have a dirty mind.
Jason: But I have a pure heart.

in promise (lionel to lex) "of course it was, you dont have the guts to plan a succesful murder!" - HAHAHA that was hilarious....seriously who apart from the MB can nail that line.

again lionel to lex in commencement. "for a woman without a heart, genevieve teague certainly had alot of blood"

chloe "gesundheit-ing" clark in sneeze, I thought that was funny.

in devoted (I dunno why I found this funny) clark and lois after seeing chloe come out in the cheerleader outfit.

Lois: oh my god, shes taken the fast train to stepford
Clark: I need you to keep her away from me
Lois: ah- with what? a tranqulizer gun?

and she says something like "my cousing goes martha stewart without doing the jail time, yeah suddenly the power of the press interests me"

hahaha, theres SO many more, smallville has the BEST dialogue !!!!!!!!

Lois Lane has great lines in almsot every episode that she appears in, but my favourite is still from "Pariah", Season 4:

"Did she happen to be wearing something low-cut when she spun you that tale, Clark, becasue I'm not sure you're thinking with your BIG brain here."

My wife is a high school teacher, and she often accuses her male students of not thinking with their big brains.

(in no particular order)

"So trying to kill me is going to become a full time job?"

Yeah, I really liked that one. My favorite line of his was the ponytail line from Justice. I was laughing my ass off when I first heard that one.

----- Added 3 Minutes later -----

Lionel had many funny lines too. I loved his "The hand" line from Calling. I also like his "Noooooo!!!!!!!!" line after the kryptonite key was stolen in Exodus.

My kids cracked up when Jimmy said, "Lex is working with the Egyptians!" in Fallout.

And his "Ring that bell" line at the end of Subterranean was hilarious, partly because of Clark's expression.

Mrs. K,
There was another line I was going to include but didn't because you were still working on that "Crisis" clue in another thread. Now that you've solved it, I'll include a line from that episode. It's from the husband who eventually gets his cell phone and van taken by Adam Knight (upon hearing that Clark is there, asking questions about the cell phone). He says (thinking Clark is a telemarketer):
"They come in person now?" LOL!

There are endless classics(especially from Lionel, and I need time to think of some of his finer lines) but here's a few....

Lex ( to Lionel) "And hey, why not do the whole thing on Oprah?"

Chloe (to Clark) "Well that one wasn't on the Doppler...not even a BLIP!"

Lex (to brainiac after brainy asks for a drink) "Help yourself....everyone else does"

CK (to thug in S2 Insurgance) "Where's my mom?" (just the way he says it, he sounds like a 5 year old brat)

CK (to cheerleader in S4) "I'll cook you dinner" (again, the delivery is great!)

Martha (possesed by Dawn Stiles to Clark in S4) "I'm just super-pumped about prom"

Chloe: Clark i have freaked out every alycat in a three block radius.
Clark : Come on lets do it one more time, take it....take it!

Gonna need Mrs. K's (or Skully's) photographic memory for this one. Not just a single line, an entire conversation from "Stray". When Dr. Garner comes to pick up Ryan from the Kent Farm and Lex steps in. The delivery of the dialogue in that scene from Michael Rosenbaum is just hysterical. I can't recall the entire back-and-forth between the two but my favorite part was when Lex says,

"I have a counter suit waiting to be filed. The DA is interested in looking into your research practices, especially those involving minors held under duress. The ball's in your court doctor". Totally classic MR!

^^ that was in ryan, not stray, but yeah good ol' bad-ass lex !!!! hehehe

what about.

there was an interview with JG and MR a while back, it was funny.
JG was joking saying that lionel was really this nice guy and had a very good heart, then it cuts to a scene in tempest with lionel saying to lex.

"ill bury you in smallville and everyone else who takes your side!!!"

then it cuts back to JG and MR just laughing really hard. so funny

Clark: We don't call him Clarkie.
Lois: Is it the "ie" part you don't like? Because we can always just make it 'Clark,' but then that would get really confusing. And hey, maybe you should consider changing your name. You could be skipper.

Lois: actually, I kind of... hit him-
Clark: You hit him...with your car!

Clark dialing 911 in Hex.

Or his reaction to being trapped on the roof.

There's more, but a couple of my faves have already been listed.

Edit:
Oh yeah, there's also:

Chloe:I just knocked out Martha Kent!

Clark: Mom, you don't understand. It was magic!
Martha:I'm sure it was.

Lois: Another bubbly...*sees Clark beside her* And a Shirley Temple for the Lady...

Oh, and who can forget:

Lois: you know what Lois likes to see when she comes home? Pants. Pants on everyone!

Lex (http://smallville.wikia.com/wiki/Lex_Luthor): I wanted to make sure you were all right.

I still rank Chloe's debut as a Smallville High cheerleader, as one of the funniest things in Smallville :D

Also:

Martha being possessed by Dawn in S4 Spirit :D

Clark in S2 Nocturne. Clark, Byron & Lana are in the Talon, and when Byron quotes Shakespeare, the look on Clark's face is priceless and absolutely hilarious IMO :D

Just every scene with Clois from S4 :D

And there are alot more, but those are the ones I can come up with ATM :D

The shower scene got my vote. The way AO made Ma Kent come to life was so funny at times, she didn't need any dialogue her expressions said it all. I absolutely loved her and miss her to this day, it would be so great if she makes a few guest appearances in season 9... :)

Good, glad it's not just me. I have a pretty sick sense of humor. Along those same lines, I also got a kick out of the scene at the end of Bound when Clark superspeeds and hits Shannon Bell out of his way to get to Lex. It's funny when "normal" time returns and we see her FLYING into the wall. I got a kick out of that. :)

I loved Blank. Clark was so funny trying to relearn his powers. When he jerked the screen door off the hinges, I cracked up. I also adored Chloe for protecting him and keeping his secret.

I also loved Transference. Tom Welling nailed that whole episode. He walked around with that same cocky, bemused expression Lionel always has on his face, I loved it.

That riot scene in Transference was hilarious. The people running this show have to understand that the funniest stuff is when they don't try to be funny or when it's natural to the scene (like most of Heat).

Clark also had a priceless eyeroll in Nocturne when Byron started reading some poetry lines to Lana.

I didn't think that scene was funny. In my opinion, they were trying too hard to make it funny and it ruined it for me.

I thought Lionel yelling after his kryptonite key was stolen in Exodus was much funnier. I also liked Dr. Walden's "The day is coming" in Calling, and everything in Labyrinth, especially the Jorel soap and the Lex wheelchair scene with the spit flying out his mouth.

I really like Heat when Clark is trying to figure out how to do his heat vision and Jonathan sets up the scarcrow for Clark to concentrate. When Jonathan asks Clark what he was thinking of when it happened and Clark was too embarrased to tell his dad he was thinking about sex. I just thought that was a funny scene. I also like X-ray when he was staring in the girls locker room and was smiling. That was funny also.

Lois makes a cake, "from scratch."

I pictured a funny scene on SMallville that I wished they used in "Justice" when the JL team would make fun of Aquaman, I wish there could have been a scene such as...:

Oliver: Victor, start using everything you can with your cybernetic powers to locate Bart. And Clark, just do whatever you can if you're not going to join the team. And Arthur, why don't you go--

Victor/Cyborg interupurts:--talk to some fish!

(then Clark and the rest of the team crack up laughing) AC looks insulted.

As much as that would have been cheesey, I would have loved it if that happened.

This one isn't on the list, but one of the funniest lines, IMO, is in "Spell" When Jonathon holds up a bra he's found in the barn, and Martha's all "Where did that come from?" The way she says it is what makes it hilarious.

^^^ Haha, that was a good one!

There are so many funny lines on this show, and hilarious scenes.

I liked it in "Stiletto" when Clark was confronting Lois about her masked persona, and she said "I have to get back to my cave."

All the "Hex" stuff was a hoot to watch. Clueless Clark was pretty hilarious.

Here's a few other scenes/lines that I also got a kick out of:

Chloe in Cool: Okay, wait! I'm not some crash test dummy you guys can use to try out your dating skills. You, if you like Lana so much, why don't you just ask her out and get it over with? And you, stop acting like a Vegas bookie picks your dates. And both of you, treat me better.

Chloe (also in Cool): I'm swearing off men.
Pete: Maybe you should just swear off heat-seeking horn dogs.
Chloe: The next time a guy asks me out, I am definitely doing an in-depth background check.

Chloe (in Shimmer when checking out the leaves with the make-you-invisible stuff on them): Uh... Clark?
Clark: What happened?
Chloe: I just touched it. Okay, I'm not officially weirded out. What is this?
Clark: I don't know, but if you rubbed that all over, you'd be --
Chloe: Naked?

Chloe (in Kinetic): Well, I am perturbed with you, Clark. I'm also mad that you didn't put out the Chicago fire of 1871, or prevent the fall of the Roman Empire, making you directly responsible for the Dark Ages.

Chloe (in Stray about Ryan James): The mystery deepens. I still can't figure out how he knew that Kaspar Hauser was murdered.
Clark: Well, you weren't exactly wearing a poker face. Ryan does say weird things. I mean, he even said that you wanted me to ask you to prom and that you'd already bought a dress. It's not pink, is it?
Chloe: Uh... okay, I-I, you know, I was just looking at it. It's not like I actually bought it.
Clark: How would Ryan know that?
Chloe: I don't know. Maybe he's an alien or maybe he called Miss Cleo. You know, I don't know.

What about the rooftop scene in Hex? It's absolutely hillarious. "I believe this door needs better maintenance" and "The accoustics up here are amazing" Tom Welling was just hillarious in that scene. I laugh every time I watch it.

I loved that scene too.

The scene that always makes me laugh is the message Lois leaves on her and Chloe answering machine about Clark coming to her rescue and then she's like chalk that one up to alcohol poisoning. She's so mean to Clark some times, but i love it.

My new favourite (after the famous Clark dance) is Clark under Zatanna's spell in Hex. From the "911" call to the rules of reporting to the rooftop scene.

I say None of the above: my favorite funny scene was in committed with Lois and Clark posing as a couple at the Jewelers and Oliver runs into them. "Muffin," "Pumpkin," and the infamous, "He has performance anxiety" plus Oliver's face was priceless.

The jewelry store scene in "Committed", the rooftop scene with Chloe-as-Lois with 'normal' Clark in "Hex", Clark running away from love potioned Lois in "Crimson."

My all time favorite I think is when Lois tells Clark about the GA kiss with Chloe egging her on! Tom can even blush on cue!!

Also love the lap dance when he doesn't know where to stick the money.

Tom dancing in "Spell" is priceless!!

OH, I just remembered the scene where he has to zip her up, and then she tells the bad guy that Clark was still "wet behind the ears". Classic!

Also the "rules of reporting" , "Smallville you have a terrible poker face, gimme, gimme. I think we should hang it up!

Clark dialing 911 in Hex.

Or his reaction to being trapped on the roof.

Lois: you know what Lois likes to see when she comes home? Pants. Pants on everyone!

Best. Line. EVER!

Everything in Hex was hilarious! Except ED as Chloe during the roof scene when she closes the door (she does it in a very obnoxious and feminine way then plops her head up in the air) was too much like Lois. Funny but it really, really felt like Lois. Then she says "OPEN THE DAMN DOOR CLARK!"

Committed: "I take it I took a spin on the porcelain highway." "It was more like a cross-country trip." *Lois groans*

My favorites outside of S8:

-In Facade when Erica knocks out Abby's mom and says "biiiitch." Her delivery is so dry but awesome!
-In Sneeze when the door falls out of the sky right where Lois happens to be running.
-In Justice where Bart says he wants a lawyer and Lex throws his arms up to sarcastically say "And I want a pony tail. Disappointment abounds."
-Clark bailing out on Lois at superspeed in the beginning of Crimson.
-Bizarro hitting on Lois in the S7 premier.
-Clark and Lana's seismic sex in Wrath. The way they showed the earth quaking through a landscape then cutting to Chloe staring at her coffee like some outtake to a Godzilla movie--hilarious!!!!!

On of my fave funny moments would have to be Hydro: The morning after the 'green arrow' kiss! That scene between Clark, Lois and Chloe is hilarious!! Chloe's facial expressions are just amazing :D

Crimson, by far! (At least for me.)

The look on Clark's face and the way he says "Welcome to the love fest." has me in stitches every time!

When Lois calls Abby's mom a ***** and knocks her over is pretty funny, too!

The end of Justice, Lex tells Lionel that some guards described a man that looked like Clark Kent. Then Lionel covers for Clark. What he said was so detailed and he says it so convincingly. Something like: Clark, impossible, I was having dinner with him. Martha made pot roast with potatoes and tiny baby carrots, clark had 3 helpings. He gives such a detailed response and Lexs face is priceless.

My favorite funniest moments in SV.

When Clark sneezes in Sneeze and blows the barn door that almost hits Lois.
Clark and Chloe in Sneeze, when Chloe tells Clark to ''huff puff and blow this door down.''

Lois coming on to Clark in Crimson and the mixed CD. ''Wow. How did I never notice what big, strong hands you have?'' :p Oh, and Clark's quick exit.

Chloe affected by love potion in Devoted coming onto Clark.

In Transference - Edgar: ''Is that really you in there Lionel?''
Lionel (in Clark's body): ''No, it's the Easter bunny.'' :rotfl:

Spirit - Dawn in Martha's body, singing and dancing to ''La La'' and eating ice cream. :rotfl:

The rooftop scene in Hex. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Martha's face in Spell when Jonathan comes in, holding up the bra that was left in the barn after the party. Clark: ''It was magic.'' Martha: ''I'm sure it was.''

Oh and the shower scene with Clark and Lois in Gone was pretty funny too. Martha's face when Lois says ''Hi Mrs Kent''. So funny.

Clark's dancing in Spell. H.i.l.a.r.i.o.u.s. :rotfl:

Martha's Dawn Stiles possession really did it for me. I love Annette O'Toole for fearlessly jamming out to "Lala." This song is now referred to in my household as the "Martha Kent Anthem."

Thank you Annette & SV writers! :) :D

Its funny that Johnathon and Martha can accept that when they catch Clark with a girl in the barn or find out about the stuff the next day they'll accept it as red krpytonite incident or some weird possession moment but when it comes to witches they scoff at it LOL

The funniest moment for me was in season 5 when Lana and Clark finally had sex and he was sneaking her out in the morning before his parents got up. When they got downstairs his parents were standing there. The expressions on their face was hilarious.

None of these were options, but I always seemed to laugh at classic-villain Lionel of the first few seasons. He had some hilarious scenes. One that jumps to mind is Season 2's "Calling" where he encounters Helen in Lex's manor office.

Lionel: Oh my. Seems I've antagonized the lady of the house. Please, would you tell my son I dropped by to offer my best wishes? Oh, no. That would be difficult, wouldn't it? Because then we'd have to explain that we ran into each other when we were in here and I caught you snooping and, oh... Oh that could get really messy. Especially with your wedding day almost upon us.
Helen: Get out.
Lionel: Can I ask you a question, Helen? Why are you marrying Lex?
Helen: Because I love him.
Lionel: Hmm.

Lionel's "hmm" at the end is always what gets me bursting out laughing.

Then again another scene in Season 3's "Truth" where Chloe gets Lionel's confession that he killed his parents on her voicemail only to find this message left.

Lionel's voice: Hello, Miss Sullivan. It's only me. Um... oh, no need to look for that conversation we had earlier. It's gone, and, um... well, that's it. No need to call back.

Oh, Lionel, how you kept me young.

Season 9, Escape, an unusual situation comedy for Smallville: Clark and Lois and Oliver and Chloe find themselves at the same bed-n-breakfast inn. Oliver and Clark make awkward conversation at the dinner table ("I just got a new compound bow." "I stopped a bank robbery"). Later, Chloe (possessed by the Silver Banshee) wearing only a towel, walks in on Clark who is in the shower, apparently wanting to join him under the spray. Clark is shocked that Chloe would interrupt him in so private a moment. Just as Chloe drops towel, who should walk in but Lois, dressed in an outlandish Scottish outfit complete with kilts, presumably planning some kinky fun with Clark. When Lois touches Chloe, the spirit of the Silver Banshee transfers to Lois, who leaves, and Chloe passes out into Clark's arms -- they're both naked. When Chloe comes to and realizes the situation they are in, she freaks and runs out the door, leaving Clark standing there with a confused look on his face, wondering what the hell just happened.
